wonga is mistake
so i borrowed money for 20 days, when i was goint to change my bank details i found error on log page, send few emails but no reply, when i called them i got link to reset but again i cant access account. so i called again and they told me i need make transfer but weekend time i coudnt put money in my accounts so we agreed to make payment next working day. i did tranfer money as they told me, but they also put me on list that i didnt pay loan. now i spoke with them they aknowledge me that everything is ok but i got some sort of block for 28 days so nobody want lend me money as im on list.....disgusting company full of liers, all problems been caused by your system. thanks wonga it was biggest mistake to go for loan with you
I was looking for a Payday loan and contacted Wonga on google but they have really bad customer service, I was made to waut 10 days before I could I get an update, no live chat, they don't respond to emails or calls. Bad customer service.
Stupid company, don't listen, quick to take your money and add interest, had a replacement card being issued and the payment bounced tried to ring them and customer service was shocking, paid it in full the next day and then they said they wouldn't consider me lol
Shocking customer service, a company who constantly go against and breach agreements even when they are in the wrong. Cmc agents are of no help and constantly pass the buck or simply just hang up on you APPAULLING!!
Please don't borrow from this company. At these interest rates you are on a slippery slope. If you have no other borrowing choices, then maybe talk to Citizens Advice, money advice.co.uk or similar. Meanwhile, seek help from food banks, charities, family or friends rather than putting your hand in the shark's mouth.
