Thought I’d try it and loved it

Thought I’d try it and loved it. Went for the lucky dip box. So good I got it twice, was so surprised when I received the second box as they sent me some of the iced coffee cans and they are delicious, thinking of now getting them.

No prior notification of upcoming order/Parcel lost.

No prior notification of upcoming order so no chance to skip or cancel. Courier (Evri) would appear to have lost the parcel, the last update from them was on Wednesday 20.05 @ 12.08pm to 'apologise' for the delay, nothing since. I know from past experience that when this happens it is 'lost' so as of today 25.05.26 I am out of pocket to boot! I will be requesting a refund.

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. Receiving too many decaf pods when they are not your preference, alongside broken capsules, is definitely not the experience we want anyone to have.

While a few dents can happen due to the nature of rescued pods, the capsules should still arrive in good working condition and there should always be a balanced mix of coffees to enjoy.

Lovely ut mostly dark. Chocolate

Once I managed to place an order the process went smoothly and the. Chocolate is lovely. More Dark chocolate than milk but quality good.

Not great value for money especially…

Not great value for money especially for the decaf - you mostly get one type, maaaybe a few other random pods. Had to bin a lot of some white ones of very poor quality, made in plastic and tasted disgusting.

My husband drinks a lot of coffee and compared to these even the Aldi pods taste perfectly good and are super affordable.

Lastly, just a pet peeve of mine - was already subscribed for the big boxes but wanted to pay for two of their smaller sample boxes because I have limited counter space and wanted to refill them from the big boxes I’m subscribed for. They declined as those were just for new clients. I found this ridiculous! So of course made my friend order as a new client and then cancel her subscription. A great customer service goes a long way.

Ps - They spam you with marketing emails DAILY 🤦‍♀️

Delivery etc is fine

Delivery etc is fine, the coffee is great, but it’s just not value for money per pod. Sadly in these economic times we have to leave.

Fabulous coffee

I love these coffee pods! I have rediscovered my Nespresso and am really enjoying the intense mix.
I also purchased some iced coffee, not tried yet but with a heatwave this weekend, I’m sure I will.
I’m excited to try wonky chocolate and bags of ground coffee too.

I've been a customer for a couple of years now with a semi regular delivery direct to my door. The pods come in a great little box that sits right on the bench next to my coffee machine. They are always terrific. . ⭐️
