Worth the Wait
Love the product! Solid, well designed, quality materials. The four stars is because (not realizing the product was coming from Ukraine when i made the purchase) it took over a month to arrive, and thus did not make it in time for Christmas (tear). Items are decent, customer service lied
To start, they lied about their shipping date. I ordered my stuff November 20th giving it more than a month to get there by Christmas. On December 2nd it still hadn’t shipped out so I emailed. They immediately created a label and said it shipped out that day. A couple days later it still said that the label had been created but not shipped out. I followed up and was told that it definitely shipped out that day and tracking just needs a bit of time to update. Lo and behold, 6 days later it finally actually shipped out. 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. Inevitably I then experienced shipping issues, which are not their fault, but given that there was little time left to allow for shipping issues, the packages did not arrive by Christmas. One of the packages got separated from the others in Poland and therefore had an issue with US customs because it had been separated from its item manifest. FedEx held this box for weeks. When they reached out to the company to get an updated manifest, the company told them no. That there was no way to say which items were in the box so they weren’t going to update customs. Thankfully, fedex finally reached out to me and I had to be the one to fill out a form and send it in. If I hadn’t done that, the box would have been sent back to the company. Along the way I reached out to customer service and got a lot of jolly “Don’t worry! Everything’s been handled!” Messages and none of it was true. They lied about shipment date, and they lied about customs issues being handled. The items themselves were good quality, other than the paint not matching on one of the panels, but that’s a small issue. Customer service is responsive but they’re telling you what you want to hear. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

We’d like to clarify a few important points. Your order was not ignored, and we stayed in close contact with you throughout the entire process. There was a short production-related delay, and we informed you about it promptly.
As soon as the shipment entered the international logistics and customs process, all required documents were submitted and completed immediately. However, customs reviews can sometimes take longer than expected, especially during peak holiday periods. During this time, carriers may continue sending automated notifications to customers and, in some cases, request additional forms directly from the recipient. We understand how confusing and stressful this can be, and we’re truly sorry that you had to go through it.
Regarding tracking updates: with international shipments, the first visible scan often appears only after the parcel is processed at an EU logistics hub. Until then, tracking activity may appear limited, even though the shipment is already in transit. This can unfortunately create the impression of delays or inactivity.
We regret that the delivery timing around the holidays did not meet your expectations. While the order was ultimately delivered, we understand how important clear communication and peace of mind are - especially for gifts. We’re taking this feedback seriously and are working on improving our processes and communication to help prevent similar situations in the future.

Shipping is beyond riddiculous
Shipping. You have to dig to find the information, and even that undersells it. I'm guessing we will get it eventually, but after about a month it has made it from Ukraine to Poland. Definitely not going to make it for Christmas at this point. Might not make it before winter is over. But wait, they do have a policy that there is NOTHING you can do while it is in shipping. So a lot of money for presents tied up in something that isn't coming anytime soon and I can't do anything about it. Buy somewhere else.

MISLEADING PRICING
MISLEADING PRICING
I wanted to order the Swedish Wall two part with 4 rope accessories. It is listed as $389.99 on the website with $20 off. So $369.99. It has been advertised at that price for awhile.
I saw multiple FB ads with a BLACKFRIDAY code giving 15% off ALL products. GREAT!
So 15% OFF $389.99 would be $58.49 off. (I was not at all thinking/expecting it was 15% off the sale price. )
Well the code didn't work.
I reached out to customer service. They are NOT willing to honor 15% off as stated. They said it is already discounted. They admitted that their marketing department made a mistake yet they are not willing to honor the pricing.
$20 of $289.99 is 5%. NOT 15%.
They offered me an additional 5%.
All I was asking for was the advertised 15% and they were not willing to honor that.
Sure mistakes are made. And when they are you should make them right and honor it.
I just ordered from another company that had a cyber monday sale. I ended up getting a bigger wall with more options and climbing wall and spent $599. More than the original piece I was looking at from Wood and Hearts BUT they were honest in their pricing and I didn't have any problem getting their advertised sale price in my cart.
BE CAREFUL when you order.
I am personally not a fan of false advertising and misleading pricing.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a larger discount on the Swedish Wall, as it is a high-quality product made from premium materials, and its price has remained stable for a long time. On our website, all current promotions are clearly stated -discounts range from 5% to 20% depending on the item, and our Black Friday offer is reflected in the discounted site prices rather than extra coupon codes.
We always strive to treat our customers kindly and fairly, and we are committed to resolving any issues openly. While we aimed to resolve the situation, we were concerned about the tone of communication suggesting "either a discount or a negative review", which is not in line with our values. We have the Swedish Ladder, monkey bars, and rock climbing set from WoodandHearts and couldn’t be happier! From the moment it arrived, the care and craftsmanship were clear. The beech wood feels incredibly solid, the finish is smooth and safe, and the design is both beautiful and functional.
The assembly was straightforward thanks to the clear instructions and pre-drilled holes for standard studs. Once it was up, our kids were immediately drawn to it—and it’s already become a favourite spot for climbing, swinging, and imaginative play. This is great for my 7-8 month old that is learning to stand and walk. It shipped fast. I saw there were complaints about the cushion. My wife threw it in the dryer and it fluffed up nicely. We use it as a quick, portable crash pad!
