The good - the items ordered arrived as expected. Packaged well but with no delivery note or information for returns.
The item was a gift and the recipient wanted to exchange for a different version. No phone number, only an email mentioning to contact them before return - which I tried on several occasions with no reply.

Good communication and good products
Poor customer service. I could not manage to make the discount code work for my order. I emailed and asked if it could be applied manually by the seller, as I fitted the T&Cs for the use of the discount code. I received no response. As a result I am returning my items and will be requesting the refund.
