The console table is awesome, but it took almost two months to arrive instead of the promised one month.

This is the second time I’ve bought this coat rack. It’s still solid wood and very heavy, just like before. The walnut color I bought last year looked better. This time, the color is noticeably different, with a clear variation.

Woodartdeal is a Chinese knock off company with substandard quality and terrible customer service designed to steal your money. They sent me a defective product (whiskey round side table) for which two of the legs and cross member cannot be installed. I requested a refund and return info. instead customer service has insisted i am installing incorrectly, after several back and forths and their request for videos showing installation method, they provided installation instructions for the three screws into leg and cross support . However, they obviously didn't even watch my video b/c it showed that even if you installed it the way they asked me to, it still had a huge gap that the screw couldn't even reach the table top to tighten down. They then said that they sent wrong screws which is a total garbage lie. They have since sent three separate packages of screws to try saying that they are different and will allow installation. However, each pack is the same as the original screws. Either they have no idea what they are doing or just trying to act like they are helping. They seem to be trying to wait me out and frustrate me so much that i just go away and they pocket my money after sending me garbage as a product. NOTE: for those that want a real whiskey barrel, this woodartdeal table IS NOT MADE FROM REAL BARREL. it looks ok and will pass, but it is obviously low-end wood and terrible workmanship (which is why mine is defective most likely). Customer service is terrible and again seems to be designed to wear you down until you just don't care anymore. DO NOT PURCHASE. Another company in the US has a real whiskey barrel table of the same design for just a little more and if you find it on sale it’s only a few dollars more (plus there customer service is fantastic, and they want you to actual like their company and product). Ordered a floating shelf, which said it came with hardware for mounting. Shelf was delivered, but mounting hardware was inadequate to mount shelf. After dealing with customer service on three different occasions, they were not able to provide the hardware. The first contact offered me 25% discount if I purchased the hardware locally. I had no idea of where or what to purchase. The last contact offered $40.00 for the same thing. I had to purchase shelf brackets to mount to wall, but no longer floating.

As many said, it is cheap garbage from China. The whiskey barrel table looked nothing like the pictures and lacked pilot holes for assembly so I had to alter myself. They also suppress critical reviews on their website so they are quite misleading and not a trust worthy company to deal with. AVOID!

Poor quality floating shelves. Product does not meet advertised specifications (thickness, length, or finish). The mounting hardware sent was for concrete walls, not for wood studs. Ordered two shelves, and One shelf came with a dent and was UNFINISHED on the bottom, the other shelf was UNFINISHED on both ends and the bottom. Customer service said they finish all sides and ends except for the backside against the wall. I sent photos and they pretty much said…..well they are still usable and offered me 10% back. Needless to say, I told them to keep their money, I would rather give them a review.

This company had advertise they were selling a genuine leather handmade woven chair. I contacted customer service to confirm the information. I was assured that it was genuine leather and the wood was handmade. They also advertised that they are located in the USA, but they are based in China.

The chair took over a month to arrive and when I opened the box it was clearly a factory manufactured chair made with PU leather (Plastic). When I contacted them to get my refund and return the chair, I received replies that were trying to stall me from getting my money back. They said they would send a return label, but they never sent me a shipping label or any refund. I had to get my bank involved to get my money back. I also plan on reporting this company. Please stay far away and don't buy anything from this company.

This company is a Chinese scam. The description is misleading. The quality is garbage. Most importantly, they will never authorize a return. You are stuck with the garbage you purchased.

I love my new dining table from Woodartdeal.com. It was hard to find a narrow table and found a 30"inch wide table that is lovely in color, walnut (72"x30)". Even the men in my family who usually don't comment expressed appreciation for it. Wood table fits perfect next to my brick wall, it is lovely and thick wood, nothing cheap about it. It is hardcore a beauty product.

It's been a month since I placed my order and there is absolutely no way for me to know when I can expect the package. I'll update my review if anything changes.

Ordered 2 (authentic) whiskey half table barrels. Says oil rubbed and real barrel wood.

The delivery was twice as long as they said in the beginning and before it was shipped I put a stop and cancelled the order.

I was unable to get PayPal to cancel it so waited for order.
Many weeks later they came. I opened one box only to find they are cheap press board so far from authentic wood. The metal is not same color or look, there is no oil rub etc.

This company is based in China and is difficult to converse with. Absolutely no contact from them since the beginning.

It is a poor quality and a complete rip off. I am now in the process

Update after they responded back :

This company says they received no cancellation request. Huge Lie. I have 4 separate emails requesting cancellation. The first one was the day after I ordered and realized the delivery would take a month.
Their reply was items are already in route so I would have to return them after they arrived. The problem with this is even though their website states paid returns if damaged, they make you pay the return fee.

Overall this company is in CHINA. they didn’t accidentally ship the wrong item, they post a rustic item but send a TEMU type fake. The item they sent is something you could easily buy at the dollar store.
THES PROPLE ARE SCAMMERS FROM CHINA. PAYPAL WIULD NOT STEP IN EITHER, DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL GUARANTEED GET SCAMMED.

I wanted to like this experience, but the communication was really slow. Customer service usually took about 72 hours to respond (sometimes even longer). My order came in about a week, but the legs were wrong. They did send the correct ones after I reached out, but it took another four weeks for them to arrive.

The product itself is fine

Not live edge. It is a rubberwood plank that was unevenly stained. I could've bought a pine 2x6 and made the same crap. This is a classic Chinese ripoff of Americans...again. Do not trust this company or anything that comes from them.

I would happily change my review if someone would get in touch. I’ve reached out once through facebook and once through email with no answer. The fedex numbers aren’t in FedEx system. I ordered two 60” shelves and a floating desk to the tune of over $500.
I had so much hope. My order was placed November 6th.

Sure wish I would’ve investigated this company more. I have a feeling I’m gonna get a piece of crap. It’s been over a month so I know it’s gonna be a piece of crap.

Edit: They did reach out and offered to send a new shelf. I’ll update again once I get it! I’ll also add that they’ve been very responsive whenever I’ve had a question.

The shelves are not as advertised. I ordered two live edge shelves. They are both half an inch too short and not deep enough. Eg, one was supposed to be 24 inches long and 6 inches deep. It’s almost 23.5 inches long and barely 5 inches deep. It’s too much of a hassle to return them to China though.

Never received item I ordered. Couldn’t talk to anybody about it. Trying to track it down is nearly impossible.

I ordered an industrial steel pipe bar table with a 2" wood top, it was exactly what I was looking for and the price was amazing. I don't think I realized this company was Chinese at first and I probably should have done more research before ordering. When I contacted the company via email to ask the status of my order I got a courteous reply stating the table had been hand made by a craftsman and was ready to be shipped. OK, that was more than likely a bot reply and this was when I realized where it was being made and shipped from. At this point I was genuinely worried and after reading a lot of reviews considered canceling. Anyway I did not cancel, tracking information was provided with the order and updated on almost a daily basis which was comforting. Low and behold, two months after ordering a very well packaged bar table arrived and to my huge relief it is actually very nice. Extremely well made and easy to put together. Now very happy with the product. By the way, I priced the materials alone to make this table myself and it would have cost at least twice what I paid for it to be made and shipped all the way from China. Amazing really.

I ordered a live edge floating table Oct 5th 2025. What arrived Nov 8th is a board and some screws. Its not live edge as advertised
The screws are not going to support/work in a house in the US. Maybe if it's installed in a block wall or something? Not want it was looking for. I'm asking for a refund and a return label. We'll see how it goes. I do not recommend purchasing from them again

I ordered a side table and a tray. Tray arrived broken. Table had no hardware, missing 2nd shelf and metal decorative piece. Worthless. Said he would send new tray. Have not received tray or receipt of one on way. Said they would have to "investigate why pieces were missing". I am customer. This is not my problem. I paid for a table that is worthless and they won't honor their product or fix their mistake. They suck. Avoid!! Wish I could give zero stars
