They are so beautiful! Shipping took 3 weeks but all good with it, they have a funky smell but otherwise I am completely in love, they look like they are very good quality.

Great product of great quality but the shipping took almost 2 months (!!!) and the carrier is very unreliable.

Really great

Really great ! They mailed me early to tell me my order will take a month to be delivered. When you have a question, they answer really fast and are available. The shoes are incredible and as someone who struggles finding good shoes, these ones are perfect. I suggest measuring your feet according to their pannel of size first.

I'm actually desperate at this point...

I'm actually desperate at this point, my emails don't get replied to by support, I'm trying to see if the site or something is wrong. I've been waiting for my order since march 5th, nearly a month ago. No tracking was sent, no notice it's been shipped at all, still to this day I don't even know if someone has seen my order. I'm seeing people are getting responded to on here so I'm just praying now. Is this some kind of scam? I spent 570 CAD!!! My order number is #18767 if WoodChuckSato happens upon this.

UPDATE: It now says it has shipped, tracking isn't showing anything yet but I am, if anything MORE CONCERNED. I sent multiple requests about how sizing measures up, if I am not being responded to about my order of 43s when I am concerned they will be too big AND, there is no way of returning these for me.

Where are my shoes?? + customer service sucks

I ordered my shoes on the 20th of February; it has now almost been a month and I am yet to receive them. When reaching out to customer services I have just been left with conflicting responses. I have been told that the shoes are still in production but also that they need to reach out to the courier for answers, meaning that have been sent? What is going on???? I hate to be a Karen but I also don’t want to lose £135. I have sent multiple emails, I just hope now I can get a coherent and consistent response and sort this out.

Terrible Customer Service & Missing Order – Avoid!



I placed an order over a month ago, and not only did it never arrive, but the company claims it was delivered—with no proof. Their tracking system is useless, as my order doesn’t even exist in their database. I reached out multiple times, and the response has been slow and unhelpful.

At this point, I’ve either been scammed or they have no control over their shipping process. No refund, no real support—just excuses. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, don’t. Find a company that actually values its customers and delivers what they promise.

Is this… the perfect shoe?!

Always a bit skeptical of online shops, but will for sure order from here again! The service is FANTASTIC, I ordered the wrong size (totally my fault) and they sorted it out so quickly and easily. The product itself is flawless, so well made and comfortable. 10/10

Everything I hoped they would be

Everything I hoped they would be. I bought the Mary Jane in black. Customer service and communication is excellent, leather quality and craftsmanship is excellent. They were comfortable from Day 1. I will be buying more as soon as they return from holidays!

Everything went smoothly, except for one thing

Everything went smoothly and customer service is top tier. The shoes are attentively made and good quality. What kept me from giving a five star rating, though, is that in one of the shoes, next to my toes, i can feel the sharp end of a nail protruding (likely from when the sole was hammered in). I’ll find some way to fix it, but it’s a shame to have to do so after having paid a considerable amount of money for these - otherwise perfect - shoes!
