my package came up missing and I and ups sent paperwork to wooden-town and they never sent it back to ups. when i email wooden-town they told me they will check on the paperwork and get back to me, i have heard nothing.

Beware do not I repeat do not order from them. The shipping company they use is not reputable and stole our package. The rep even told me he doesn't work there anymore. I tried to get wooden town to help and they said they can't do anything to help. That they advised it was delivered. The picture shown was not the correct address and not the package that supposed to be delivered. This is a scam company and they stole over 200.00 from me. We are taking legal action next. I guess they think it's not illegal to steal from customers. Total scam stay away. I'm out now 200.00 with not a care or remorse from them. The worst service in 40 years that I have ordered from.

Order received late. Order missing pieces. Unusable. Sending emails and phone calls to get fixed. No response. TOTAL RIPOFF !!!!!!!

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I ordered a product that was ordered on 12/13 .I still haven't received little did I know it was coming from Canada and when I sent an email no response came until I threatened to call BBB. Then I got a calm down it will be there Friday email.

Total rip off. Did sip order, can't get ahold to the company. Have disputed with my cc company since have not received my product and can't contact the company.

I purchased a couple items from this company. I was quite disappointed with the experience. First of all the kids no longer include the wax that is recommended to place on the wooden gears. Anna from customer service said they don't clear customs with the wax, so they no longer include it and that the instructions call that out. however, no where on the website or instruction manual is this mentioned.

Their return policy is horrible. One of the items shipped from China as well. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere for these models. I wish I had.

They sell the same thing on Amazon for half the cost, their return policy is extremely complicated if not impossible. They ship from California but require you to return the product to Germany which would cost so much its not worth it.

Placed an order and in the processing they up charged my card. Sent 4 requests for contact. Called and it goes no where. NO replies. RIPP OFF company. Stay away!

Don't waste your money!!! I ordered 4 puzzles and I am being charged for six. I tried to find a phone # for the company and had no luck..If you have a problem there is no one you can call, everything is done through email and after a month of trying to straighten out it all out, the person I have been dealing with is questioning my integrity.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Buyer beware! Do not believe web site claims that no extra tools or glue are required. I needed to use personal tools (forceps and needle nose pliers) not included in the kit and without which I feel the assembly would be impossible. The directions are ambiguous and difficult to follow accurately in many places.

In addition, extreme pressure is required on many delicate joints and breakage of parts during assembly is inevitable. Even after assembly the contraption is quite fragile and does not operate as promised.

The web site states a "100% Money Back Guarantee," but does not honor this unless you send the kit back to Germany at your own expense in original condition. Once you begin to assemble it and discover the defects it's too late!

Avoid this company!

On Dec 10th, I placed an order with this company. At the time, their website said orders were being shipped within 24 hours.

On Dec 14th, I had not received a shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I emailed and called requesting to cancel the order, which was within my right according to their cancellation policy since the item had not shipped yet. They replied stating that they could not cancel because my order had shipped, but they could not provide a tracking number because they were very busy.

On Dec 19th, I received the package. When I checked the tracking number on it to see when it had been shipped, it showed that the item was just shipped on Dec 17th from a warehouse in the US. I emailed the company requesting a full refund and a prepaid shipping label to return the item since it was not shipped by the date they promised and because they shipped it days after I requested to cancel the order. They will only reply by copy/pasting their poorly written return policy which says that I must request a “right of revocation” within 14 days (even though their website says they have a 30 day money back guarantee) and that I must pay for return shipping to Germany (even though it was shipped from the US) and that I must insure the shipment in order to get a refund of just the product price (not the original shipping charges I paid).

I’ve reported them to the FTC for fraud and will file a credit card dispute. Don’t waste your money on wooden-town.com. The same products are sold on Amazon for half the cost.
