Everything was very smooth prior to placing the order, and the delivery was fairly quick. The article itself appears to be high quality and in line with the offering of similar providers in the market.

HOWEVER - Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen issue I found myself in need to return the item, and despite multiple attempts at going through the return process as outlined in the website, I still haven't been provided with instructions for returning the unused article.

After finally getting in touch with the support team, I eventually managed to process my return. The process itself was somewhat tricky, primarily due to it happening over the summer which delayed the overall process.

All in all however, I can endorse Woodendot for the quality of their products and attentiveness to their customer base when it comes to post-sales support.

I recently purchased furniture from Woodendot, and I have to say the quality is incredible. Not only that, but the attention to detail in design is impeccable. It was hands down the best furniture buying experience I've ever had. The customer support team was super fast and friendly, and the instructions were very clear once the furniture arrived at my home.

I'm thrilled with my purchase, and I will undoubtedly buy from Woodendot again. I highly recommend this brand to anyone who wants high-quality, well-designed furniture that's also backed up by fantastic customer service. Thank you, Woodendot, for making my furniture buying experience a pleasure!

Although the coffee tables are beautiful, my initial order was wrong and not all bolts were included. It has been a hassle to get everything correct, and extremely complicated to return to pieces they wrongly sent (it’s been over the month and it hasn’t been fully resolved). I was considering getting their bedroom table but this experience (and their customer service response time) left me a sour taste. Great product but a service that lacks urgency and accountability.

The Alba shelf looks incredible in my home. It can be used as a wall shelf or a side table and I love that it's so versatile. It adds so much character to my space and I plan to purchase more!

Woodendot is excellent in their quality and craftsmanship. I have been exceptionally pleased with my products and the creativity and well-thought out design poured into every piece.

We purchased the Batea M + S and we could not be happier with them. The assembly is incredibly easy and they provide the tools you need. We wanted something that was light and could be moved around to fit our needs and these exceeded our expectations. We will definitely purchase more from Woodendot as they’ve quickly become one of our favorite home brands!

I table a coffee table and it arrived in Seattle, WA in lighting speed. Literally so fast, within a few days from Spain! The package is VERY WELL packed and SO EASY to assemble everything. It took me 5 mins to assemble to be exact. My experience is exceptional and I highly highly recommend their products and service! Everything was amazing and we love our table so much! The design is so smart and beautiful!

Bought the Batea table in L+S and received the pelican shelf in small as a gift due to Black Friday. Had a slight problem with screws but it was easily fixed and received great customer service. The tables and shelf seamlessly fit into our modern home.

I bought and Alba L Duo as bedside tables. They are amazing and easy to assemble. We are very pleased with the quality and look of it.
I had a problem with the import tax and Daniel was very helpful and sorted it inmediatly. Excellent customer service!

I have purchased the floating stand and I must say that I am very impressed with this small gadget! It looks stunning in its simplicity and provides a firm grip. I was concerned about the sticker as I thought it might leave residues on the back of the phone, but I was happy to find out that was not the case.
The delivery was pretty fast and so was the customer service, which promptly replied to my query.

I bought the Alba M, it fits perfectly in our house. I love it! Customer service is great too!
