Really nicely laid out showroom in Belfast. Handy people to deal with. Supplied flooring for our living room

I work opposite the company's showroom in Warrington. Everytime I go in they are professional and pleasant. They have an excellent selection of floors and accessories all very nicely presented. The floors are laid out in a manner that makes it easy to see how it will look when it's in your house.
The floor I bought was excellent quality and looks great. It was also a great price.

Great product range, practically unrivalled. Very low prices, knowledgeable and helpful staff and good delivery times. Would recommend.

Excellent quality products and superior customer service. My floorboard got damaged by rain and despite the fact it wasn't the company responsibility, they offered a 20% discount in the new purchase.
I used them in the past and I will buy again in future.

Massive range. Called in and picked a floor and had it fitted 7 days later. 10/10

A lovely range of floors and very helpful staff. We were able to take our floor away on the day of purchase and the price was very good, much less than we expected to pay based on other quotes.
It's all installed now and looks fantastic.

Great service and I got a very good price for my wood flooring. We have done our whole house from these guys and could not rate them any higher. Lots of choice and they know what they are talking about.

Delivery timelines are dreadful
Waited until 7pm for a 1pm delivery sit. No explanation given, had to cal the company about 10times to find out what was going on. They didn’t even have the professional curtesy to call me to inform me, when I touched upon this they were very rude. Would never recommend them

exellant costmer service was there to help when one the parcels didnt turn up,shame the delivery service they used was not so good,shame as great product and service hope you find a delivery courier soon as i was not impressed with there service,i would reccomend your products and thanks angain for all your help

I was recently looking for good quality floor for my house. My friend recommended Wood Floor Warehouse as he had purchased floors from them few times before. I was approached by a member of a staff shortly after I arrived at the shop. The customer service that I received was brilliant! I have found the beautiful oak floor for my living room in my budget. Wood floor warehouse also had joiners they recommended. One of the recommended joiners has done an excellent job and the floor looks beautiful! I will definitely be back in the future for more excellent floors!

This is the second time I have purchased from this company. Great service and by far the best prices around. Their showroom is huge,so much choice and the were staff very helpful.

Ordered sample paid £1, never arrived: wrote for refund or to expedite 1 week later. No reply after 3 weeks. If they cant be bothered to help at that stage what hope. I suspect something is wrong with their paypal address as it ends btinterent not "internet". Mad!

As I say make your mind up whether you want to wait fpr 4 years for an explanation when things go wrong!

I've purchased laminate flooring from these guys twice now and both times have been really great. Initially I ordered samples which arrived in a timely manner. I then ordered from those and received the goods in good time as well. My only reservation is that the packaging is a little lax. On my first order a few of the planks were damaged at the ends. Fortunately I was able to work around the damaged ones and still had enough product to complete. Other than that, a first class company.
