Cant fault the seller
Cant fault the seller. Good prices with fast dispatch.
Not so happy with the delivery service who failed to arrange a time to deliver, sent an email time slot with a start time in the past and then turned up 20 minutes later while I was out. A ton of wood is not really something you want turning up in the rain with no warning.

Their customer service goes above and beyond.
They are extremely knowledgeable about all their products and are only too willing to help customers make the right choice.
All my deliveries have been faultless, you get to choose a day then given a 2 hour delivery slot on the day, perfect.

We have ordered our heat logs from here for a number of years with great success. They are brilliant to deal with, have competitive prices plus a delivery system which is efficient and effective. If there is a problem, which is not often, they will always deal with it immediately and solve the issue. We will continue to recommend them and use them. Heat logs we had this year burn really well. Fantastic customer service
Update: These logs are the best I’ve ever had. They don’t need constant topping up and it’s a truly impressive roaring fire. I’d love to upload a video of all my critters gathering around to admire it! My special thanks to Ashley for her kindness and generosity. My logs were cut for me in order to make them easier to handle post surgery. Wood Fuel Cooperative was a great find and deliver to Devon from Dumfries to numerous customers en route so I don’t feel bad about the “air miles” since I have no working boiler.
Highly recommended!
Fantastic customer service. I’ll update the review when I’ve been able to use the lovely variety of products having just arrived home from a knee replacement!

We received a good mix in the sample…
We received a good mix in the sample quarter pallet. We were told we would get call from the carrier to arrange delivery but we had an email saying it was coming next day, no choices. Now to try all the products and compare.

Having ordered from Wood Fuel Co-operative on previous occasions I had no hesitation ordering from them again. The company is very efficient, have a good range of products, their prices are competitive and customer service is excellent. Palletways delivery service is very efficient and delivery drivers are always very helpful.
