After various PC parts failed simultaneously I needed some professional involvement in the repairs when they went beyond my capabilities. Woodgate Computers gave my PC a thororough check and informed me of the source of my problems, quickly making the necessary repairs and installs to get my PC back up and running. It's good to know that I've got a good, local repair shop I can go to when something goes wrong.

As an added bonus they were initially happy to give me some advice towards making repairs myself.

I tried to clean the fan on my PS5 console and ended up ripping the fan cable off the motherboard. I found Woodgate Computers after a Google search and took it to them. They did an excellent repair at a fair price. I was happy to pay for their expertise - much cheaper than replacing my PS5. Thumbs up from me!

I took my computer here with a broken hinge, within 20 minutes I was walking out a very happy lady with a fixed computer. Super speedy, super efficient, super nice. I would highly recommend these for any computer issue. The lovely guy was really knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Recently took in my laptop as it kept looping into automatic repair mode. Diagnosed as failed hard drive.
Replaced with SSD hard drive and windows 10 reinstalled. Cost £140
To my surprise when I collected the laptop they had recovered my data from the failed hard drive and installed it back to my laptop.....at no extra cost.
Very pleased with the service and Emir was very helpful and polite.
Would fully recommend this company and if the need arises will certainly use them in the future.

went to buy a sata to usb cable, the man in the shop recommended an external HDD enclosure, explained that I wanted to clone the existing hard drive in the computer to a new ssd and install it into the computer and I asked if the hdd case was suitable, he said yes and was really easy just plug and play. Got it home managed to install the HDD into the case plugged in the USB, the computer did not recognise it, let it for at least half hour nothing, rebooted computer still nothing, tried on laptop still nothing. Took it back to the shop, you must be doing something wrong. what can you do wrong on something so simple. Not very helpful and quite insulting, and stupid me for listening to him, not can get the ssd out of the case very tight fitting. will not be going back to that shop again

I had a problem with the laptop. The guys sorted me out pretty quickly - reformatted and set me up with Bullguard. would recommend them. would've been 5 star but the dude was wearing a silly Beanie.

My partner took her laptop in here to be repaired. The original issue quickly redeveloped as had not been fixed properly.

Took the laptop to another supplier and was fixed properly for two thirds of the price.

So clearly Woodgate Computers do not know what they are doing.

We were attracted to using them in the first place by their good reviews but it looks like the all too common 'fake review syndrome' strikes again.

We should know better to be honest..

I went to woodgate with a fairly old laptop of mine that had not worked for some time. They were able to get it working better than ever, it was quick and professional, couldn't have asked for anything more! Brilliant, thank-you!

Im starting a law degree in October and desperately needed my own laptop but with funds a little low at the moment I had to look into second hand computers.
I rang woodgate and spoke to shane to see if he had anything within my price range, he was really helpful and friendly and I went into the shop that day to have a look.
Shane was really honest and upfront about everything and did me a great deal on a laptop that was slightly under my budget and even threw in some software to help with my studies!
The laptop is really good and is just like a brand new laptop, you wouldn't know it was refurbished at all! Would recommend to anyone on a budget!
