Luke and the Woodhall team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We are so thrilled with our new home. They had answers to all our questions and the process was streamlined, stress free and we were always kept well informed. I can’t recommend them enough!!

From my initial contact with Chris Flanagan and Woodhall Mortgages I felt optimistic and brimming with confidence in their professionalism, knowledge, assurance and understanding of my needs. Seeking a mortgage as an individual buying a property alone can be a scary experience, but he understood my circumstances and secured me a mortgage with a much improved financial package than I had found myself. They came highly recommended to me and they have certainly exceeded all of my expectations and I will certainly be going back when I need a renewal.

In December 2022, we had the pleasure of connecting with Luke, and by February 2023, we started working with him as our broker. It has been an incredible journey with Luke, who has proven to be nothing short of amazing. His professionalism, extensive knowledge, and genuine helpfulness truly set him apart in his field. Our journey with Luke began against the backdrop of a significant financial loss due to a regrettable sale in Canada. As EU citizens with less than three years of residency in the UK and a deposit impacted by the loss, we were hesitant to reenter the housing market. However, Luke's expertise worked wonders. Unfortunately, our initial attempt at purchasing a property did not come to fruition. Yet, Luke remained a pillar of support throughout this period. His unwavering dedication was invaluable as he guided us through the challenges and uncertainties of finding another property. Thanks to Luke's unwavering commitment and expertise, we are now on the path to buying a beautiful semi-detached with amazing gardens.

But Luke's role transcends that of a mortgage broker. He has provided us with emotional support that goes beyond numbers and transactions. He offered insightful guidance on the best neighbourhoods for our property search and even helped us weigh the pros and cons of purchasing a flat versus a house. Luke's commitment to his clients goes above and beyond; he is now also assisting my cousin.

I found Woodhall Mortgages via an online search and am so glad I did. I submitted my details and was called back by Luke who spent time going through our requirements. We were first time buyers and Luke’s expertise really did put us at ease from the outset, he requested all the required documentation in one email and was very responsive to any queries we had. Our first purchase unfortunately fell through due to an issue with the property but we found another not long after and Luke was more than happy to help us again with a new application. Luke made the whole process smooth and pain free, he put us in touch with a great conveyancer and between them they have really been great, Dayna (who supports Luke) was also quick at responding and getting protection set up.

Luke flanagan was very helpful.He made sure we knew everything that was happening and exactly what we needed to do. The company was very quick to support us with everything etc life insurance, home insurance, and their solicitors Jayne Atkinson. Couldn't have done it without them. Couldn't enough recommend them.

Chris was great with our recent application. He tenaciously followed up with the bank who had a system error and so hadn’t reserved a lower rate for us on the system. He made sure we got it. That made a huge difference with climbing rates. Helpful and available, highly recommend.
