Shipping was extremely fast and the fireplace door arrived very well packaged. Installation was super easy and the instructions were clear and straightforward. The tinted glass looks great and the built-in magnets keep the doors perfectly closed. I also love that the screen doors are easy to remove when needed. Very happy with this purchase.

The item arrived with scuffs and stains on the cover. Item appeared to have been a return, though the cover was in a new and sealed bag the stains came right off; and were only on one corner... apparently just water. The scuffs being nothing, as if they would not be created by my own use, overall superficial but still a white blemishes on the nice green powder coat.
Overall still likely to buy another. Solid construction and everything lined up precisely. Great Rack.

The delivery person was very accommodating, but it would be nice if the product being delivered could be brought into your home and placed where you want it. Honestly, when I pay $5k for a product, I expect more than curbside delivery.

What a breath of fresh air! After placing an order for a gas log set from a online competitor that said it was in stock and then after a couple weeks I find out it actually wasn't in stock and just a ploy, I found Woodland.

I can't even describe all the differences but this is the way a company should actually be! I call and get a hold of a human who wants to help me! Then I get transferred to the correct sales associate who spends a lot of time on the phone answering the questions giving me ideas about things I didn't even think of. Then I place an order and wouldn't you know, everything they said was exactly how it happened! They helped me find a product even better than I originally thought I wanted! And it shipped and arrived when they said it would!

Did I pay a little more? Yes! And it was definitely worth it! This is the kind of honest company with good customer service that I want to work with and I highly recommend you do the same!

I had an ash caddy in my fireplace for almost 50 years. It has exceeded its useful life, and the Woodland Direct product is the perfect substitute. I couldn't find one anywhere else!

Ordered the exact same fireplace screen a couple years ago and this one was not finished properly at the edges and doesn’t look as nice as our first. But we had no choice but to keep it cause we needed for Christmas. A bit disappointed.
