Extremely poor service for parts missing from order.
Parts were miss from my order and they did not take my word and take action to replace them. I had to order them from another company and dispute the credit charge.

The fireplace was beautiful, but...
The fireplace was beautiful, the shipping was fine but that's a credit to Monessen and R+L carriers, respectively. The issue revolves around their customer service. A ceramic log arrived broken and I wanted it replaced. I've been in the HVAC trade and doing fireplaces for 15 years, things happen, However, their reluctance to back a product that they sell right after arrival is appalling.

Thought i already did review but here goes. It was super nice to be able to get custom sized fireplace doors. Also great it only took two weeks. They fit perfect. Measured more then once and talked to sales rep about which style would be best. Installed and using!
