Woodland Direct shipped a broken and…
Woodland Direct shipped a broken and unusable $2,500 fire pit and will not stand behind the product, refusing to accept a return or offer a refund. I am very dissatisfied with the experience we've had with this company. They appear to do everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. I have had to pursue a chargeback through my credit card company. Beware.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I am very sorry for the frustration. When damage happens in transit we fully stand behind the product, but we do need to hear about it within two days so we can file a claim with the carrier. In this case the damage was reported about two weeks after delivery, which unfortunately is well outside the window required for a freight claim.
I know that is not the outcome you were hoping for, but our team followed the process we must use with the shipping carrier.

Woodland Direct had a good choice of log sets. I was able to find one I liked. The estimated delivery time was two weeks out. I ordered on Thursday 10/9 and got it the next week. Very Happy.

Levi was my sales person and walked me through every aspect of what we needed. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Delivery through Fedex freight was surprisingly flawless and accommodating. While we have not completed construction of the fireplace - we did check off all our boxes on our packing label and looked over the fragile pieces. Everything looks great. We would highly recommend using Woodland Direct!!
