Where is my refund?
You haven’t communicated with me at all. I only know you didn’t have what I ordered because I went to collect it. Not only did you not have it. You’ve not refunded me. That’s really bad!
Placed an order for a rose which said in stock. Drove 9 miles and was told they’d not got it. So 18 miles petrol wasted plus my time. It was first thing in the morning. Stock on their system should have been accurate. They tried to get me to buy a different one rather than refund me. It was that one specifically I wanted!
I had left it an hour as it said collect in an hour. No one told me it wasn’t there.
Now awaiting refund. It’s bad they didn’t refund me immediately. Not even the same day. Then I get an email saying it could take 8 days!
Avoid any click and collect orders with these people.
Ordered a load of soil online for free local delivery. A few days later decided I also needed some stone. As the bags of stone were under the minimum delivery price, I called in the hope they could add to my existing delivery. This was done with no issues whatsoever, everyone was really friendly - the salesperson on the phone, and the delivery driver with my order. Great service from a great garden centre. Thank you!
