Woodly took my money but never sent anything
Asked many times for tracking but being ghosted... Asked visa for refund as Woodly is not a real company... don't be fooled

Hello, you're posting this review in the wrong place. We are Woodly - All About Water, a SPANISH company that sells acoustic and decorative panels. WE DO NOT SELL WOODEN UTENSILS. The company you mentioned has stolen our name and turns out to be a scam. We’ve already explained this to several customers who, like you, came to leave a review and ended up deleting it once we cleared up the confusion.

We called to have a delivery for…

We called to have a delivery for Friday, and you said it is possible. And then after purchase, we still learn that delivery is on Monday.
But I had all the builders ready and waiting. This is not good service.

Although we do not guarantee exact delivery dates, when we knew the urgency of the situation we consulted with the agency, and they assured us that it would arrive on time. In the end this was not the case due to an unforeseen circumstance on the part of the transport agency, despite our efforts and insistence.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have already processed the reimbursement of the express delivery and, in addition, we offer you a discount on your next purchase as a token of our commitment.

We ordered samples and they arrived in…

We ordered samples and they arrived in super quick time. The quality of the product is really good. The price is very competitive in comparison to most other companies and most only offer panels at a length of 2400, so if you need longer, these are perfect for you.
