Arrived damaged as it was only wrapped in bubble wrap no box. Could clearly see someone had already had it and sent it back as there are holes where they shouldn't be. Packaging and shelves wreak of smoke. Poor quality of wood that just split when screwing together and not enough screws provided. Absolute waste of money and only fit for the bin!

I ordered a custom wine shelf and they made it in the exact measurements that I asked for. Great customer service, they answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!!
I liaised with Burchin re making specific size shelf units to fit into my VW van. She was very patient, sent me a drawing to ensure she understood my brief, was happy to amend/paint them the colour I wanted to match van interior & add spindles (to keep items in situ when driving). She was always quick to respond and very speedily made them in time for my partner to collect from her part of the UK for work. The price was amazing too! Would definitely recommend this company. I would have sent pics but cannot see a function to upload images on here but will send them to Burchin, so that she can see the shelves in situ/maybe upload to her site. Thank you again Burchin.
Great handmade products recycled from pallets. Web site easy to navigate, prices are quite reasonable. Payment worked thru flawlessly and the products delivered in just few days. They are prompt to answer all my queations about the products.

You can see all handmade custom posh design. Looks so cool on my garden and useful. Small family bbq parties getting on high level. Also they are so helpful about questions and delivery display. Highly recommend.

This lady was really attentive to my needs and made a drinks bar to the exact measurements of my wall and cabinets which was great as it is a small space. Love the look of the natural wood too.
