This is my third purchase from Woods and its such a lovely company. Even though I havent bought a lot of items the packaging is and the comms are excellent. The parcel feels like you are getting a gift, everything is wrapped carefully and even the invoice is sent in its own envelope. Its very traditional and it makes the purchase feel more special and your custom is valued even if its a few teatowels and a dishcloth! Of course the best bit is the quality of their items, top quality and my grans old adage of buy cheap buy twice is very true after you buy from Woods. Everything washes without shrinking and lasts so much longer. Thank you Woods for making buying even a dishcloth feel special!

I decided to treat myself to some decent kitchen linen after years of buying cheap. My grandma was right, she said "buy cheap buy twice" or in my case "many times" My selection, oven cloth included, has been inspired. Very quick despatch and delivery, beautifully wrapped and the parcel was very sturdy! Well worth my money!

Ordered a bath mat. Great quality and arrived on time. Beautiful, traditional packaging. Very pleased. It’s hard to get this kind of quality and service these days. Woods is a welcome blast from the past and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Poor quality and complicated returns policy

Fantastic online experience. I bought two kinds of ladies' hankies after a disappointing experience with Amazon-supplied products (no durability, fell apart) The quality of the Woods ones is immeasurably superior - yes, they're more expensive, but not so much more as you'd think- and well worth it considering that these will certainly last, whereas I had to throw the others away. Amazing customer service as well- kindly, courteous and prompt, not critical when I made a mistake about delivery. A real pleasure to deal with a company with such high standards, sadly a relatively rare experience these days I certainly hope to shop with them again

Couldn't have been more helpful after items had been lost by Royal Mail and which were required for a funeral. Exquisite replacements arrived in time & saved the day. Thank you so much

Absolute pleasure to deal with - I ordered lots of new sheets etc in the sale and they were scrupulous about making sure that I'd ordered the right sizes and also really helpful when a couple of items were out of stock. I shall definitely use Woods again.

Great customer service. I had ordered some bath mats, they arrived next day and were very nicely wrapped. Unfortunately the shade didn’t match my bathroom, but Andrew was really helpful and prompt in arranging a return, and the refund was immediate. Very trustworthy company.

I ordered some dishcloths and an oven mitt and was astounded by the level of care shown through emails, delivery updates, and beautiful packaging. As well as this, the items are high quality and flawless, I really recommend this company!

Wow. The tablecloth and napkins are such good quality and perfect for the special planned dinner party I am preparing for! I cannot commend enough how special the wrapping was from the inner to outer wrapping. I have never witnessed such beautiful packaging before courtesy of Victoria. Outstanding Goods!
