Michael came and hosted a whisky tasting for us. We loved the range of whisky, we thought Michael was great and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and even learned a little.

Popped into the Inverness shop on Saturday evening. Looked at the range of red wines immediately opposite the counter for 10-12 minutes. The two staff members were more interested in talking about their shifts than asking me if they could help. After I chose 2 bottles, the young lady at the counter asked me rather assertively if I was on their customer database. I replied ‘Probably not’ and that was the extent of the customer interaction.
Bought two decent bottles of wine for £33-50 but I left the shop thinking I might as well buy at a supermarket in future where at least you have no expectation that shop assistants will know anything about wine or will seek to help you choose something interesting.
Nice shop but a rather dispiriting experience.

Excellent selection of wines to buy online - some very interesting choices unavailable elsewhere. Delivery prompt and reliable, and service and communication excellent. I especially like the trouble they take to provide tasting notes and tech spec sheets alongside your chosen wines - really useful and helpful. A fab experience I will repeat - thank you!

Inverness Store - Great service, I wanted a particular product (Hofbrau Export) for an upcoming birthday and holiday - this beer has been hard to find locally - Woodwinters told me they could get it, and they did - another collection is booked and I will keep coming back - also love the new shop, it looks great

Good service ordering on line but poor communications when trying to ask about a product

Customer service is lacking from SERVICE staff. I have shopped at Bridge of Allan outlet on numerous occasion and do for the wine, definitely not the for the shopping experience. staff are pretentious, and rude. I found myself been reprimanded and spoken to like a child from a sales assistant. I'm a little confused.. was I not the customer? When asked for the receipt to be emailed I received a rather snippet response from the manager "I will if you give me your name" . On all other previous transactions completed, I have been asked details of my name... loyalty card prior to been asked for money. I was extremely angry with the experience of spending money with such rude front of house staff.
But on the lighter side, they are only selling the wine!

Super fast delivery, the item was well packaged to prevent any damage. Also the delivery service they use is first class with text updates and the ability to reschedule a delivery day.

Cannot fault this service. Will buy from again in the future.
