I paid £260 for stuff over ten days ago and still not arrived. Trying to contact them and get no reply. Will have to instruct a claim against them soon if I haven’t received the goods. Shockingly bad.

Very disappointed with Woofing Deals. I paid £147 for sofa covers which looked and felt completely different from the website photographs and description. I raised this as a “not as described” complaint, but was still told I would have to pay around £35 to return them to China, despite being given a UK return address.
The product was not as represented, and I’m very unhappy with both the quality and the way my complaint has been handled. I would advise customers to check the returns arrangements very carefully before ordering.
