I naively thought that once the powers that be saw/heard the overwhelming negative response to the recent changes to the cafe on June's Journey they would acknowledge their mistake and revert back to the old rules. One of the best aspects of the game was that it encouraged teammates playing together and caring about each other. Sharing drinks, chatting and supporting each other was a major attraction. However; this company and, in particular, one community manager has made it clear that they do not care! Instead of acknowledging the THOUSANDS of opinions expressed by their (most often) paying customers they have told us to Stop Screaming and complaining and understand that their reasoning is the only way to do things.Well heads up, we are your paychecks and IF you continue to ignore us you won't hear us anymore because we will all be gone to better games. So you decide.

Absolute disaster - but if that is what you want Wooga/Playtika, congrats you made it. You let your greed take over,and you accomplished one thing- some other game will earn the money you wanted. As long as you respected me, I gave you my support by buying deco and diamonds. Those days are gone.

They have ruined the game with this new coffee rule. Now you can’t even get enough energy to play the game. Money hungry company that doesn’t care what the customer wants.

This new “improvement” to June’s Journey has severely impacted all of us and Playtika/WOOGA does not care about the voices of their players!! They have received so many negative reviews on their official FB page that they have turned off their review function to “clean up”!!! In addition to taking the review function from their FB page they are somehow stopping reviews being posted on the apple store! I have tried to write a review 4 times and there aren’t there nor are there any after Monday… The audacity of these people is ridiculous!!! LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERS OR YOU WILL LOSE THEM!!!!

I’ve been playing for almost a year and the changes that they have made in the past and the game glitches have been annoying but manageable but the latest change has completely ruined the game for everyone!!!

Company does not care about what the players of its games want.
Just like others, if I could I would give zero stars. June's Journey is the only game I spend real money on. Now I won't be spending any money on this game. Playtika has systematically worked to change a game that was thoroughly enjoyable to one that I can't afford. Taking away the players' abiity to serve & drink 5 beverages in the cafe is "the straw that broke the camel's back". They give us useless gold as prizes knowing that unless we want to change our buildings it is worthless and think we should be thrilled with it. The parrot that they "gifted" to us to compensate for taking away our ability to serve 5 beverages is cute, but not that cute. I will no longer suggest any wooga or playtike game to anybody looking for a new game. Reviews should also be sent to June's Journey feedback email.

Playtika have destroyed this company …….greedy ….greedy …greedy! Abysmal customer support…. Advertisers need to be made aware of what this company is doing to its players and give them a wide berth!

Since Platika bought Wooga the June’s Journey game has gone downhill steadily. Today we all decided to boycott the game because of a particularly greedy change they made that will result in a lot of people quitting the game. Restore the game to how it was !

Wooga was a great gaming company until they were bought out by Playtika in 2019. Now the June's Journey game has gone downhill. The new owners of June's Journey have no concerns about how their customers who play the game feel about all of the sudden changes they have made to the game in order for them to make huge profits off of their players. They have changed the structure of the game dramatically in order to make players use more energy and diamonds forcing players that wish to continue being active in the game to make purchases using their hard earned money. Making money is now the priorities not customer satisfaction.

Used to be great, are playtika destroying wooga? Everything costs real money now, sad isn't it?

Nice games but poor customer service and you have to watch ads over and over again. To make it worse, they show the sames 3 or 4 ads on repeat. You can't enjoy the game features without watching ads, so you are stuck. Sometimes, you will have to watch 15-20 ads in a single play.

I enjoy the game. But since they opened it up to play on teams many of the help wanted challenges have to do with serving and drinking drinks or collecting tips. It requires spending money on diamonds to do so or to join a group which I prefer not to do. I’m starting to not like it since especially I’m caught up and have to wait a week to play a new chapter. Disappointing.

This company makes games that say they are designed for use on devices such as the iPad and iphone but they don't work properly on these devices. If you try to play them, they crash after you win a level and you lose any progress made as well as any boosts and coins used. I tried contacting support but was unimpressed with their responses and attitude.
I have now solved the problem - I've deleted the game and won't be playing any else from this company.
