I’m sorry to hear you thought the order was over priced. We strive to design great British Craft Kits that can be enjoyed by all. We do choose to use premium products in our kits like our merino wool which is made in a mill in Yorkshire.
I'm sorry you struggled with the instructions. I will certainly highlight this with the pattern team and we will certainly review these instructions.

Wool Couture were incredibly helpful. The order got a bit lost at some stage it The great staff and Ali sorted it. I am however taken aback by the impact of Brexit on tax and Duty on the purchase.

I ordered a beautiful kit not realizing it was in the UK. They were very helpful with the color choices and then shipped it. I got it delivered to my door about 5 days later. I highly recommend them.

Great service, Great product
Great service, fast delivery and well packed, my only question mark would be with the post office, I had elected to have the parcel delivered to the local post office but they didn't do that they took it back to the sorting office and I had to go and collect it at the weekend. I know this is not the fault of Wool Couture so I have given them 5 stars and I can't wait to get knitting and show off my project.

Unable to purchase additional items
I wanted to order buttons and needles at the same time, but I was unable to do via Webb site, by the time you had rectified it was to late I had placed my order for the wool. The wool is beautiful.

I have made 6 cushion kits, one each for my grandchildren and they love them. Now making a rainbow blanket. After initial problem with my tension they have worked beautifully. Lovely modern designs.
