Cloth sandwich wrap
Ordered a cloth sandwich wrap which came quickly and is very well made. I already have one from another company which is too small to close over two sandwiches (4 slices of bread) and the sizes with this one implied that it would, and it certainly does, so I'm happy with that. I would have preferred the internal fabric to have a wipeable coating that didn't soak up anything (although the whole wrap can be washed) and a thicker fabric outside would protect the sandwiches better from getting squashed as the wrap itself is a little flimsy. If this could be improved it would be a five star from me. However, it's still a nice handmade item and will get a lot of use, thank you.

Very misleading advertisement!
The advertisement said that the cracker contained ‘snaps’; it didn’t and I had to buy them separately from another company - more expense. It also gave a circumference measurement and that was why I ordered these particular ones in order to fit in specific gifts which needed that size; but the crackers were different sizes, and it was a real struggle to fit them in; so frustrating! Finally the advert implied that there were four in each pack - indeed the picture showed 4 - so, needing 8 crackers, I ordered two, presuming they were in packs if 4 - and was horrified to find that only TWO crackers came; I had to order 6 more which made them beyond expensive. I regret this order very much.

Again I reiterate as I have told you after your first purchase from Etsy and before your second purchase from my website, when you indicated you were unhappy you can return the crackers for a refund as the first two clearly did not bring you joy and subsequently it is no surprise that the further 6 you purchased after they arrived did not either. When after I packed your order withn minutes of receiving it at 11pm at night in order to post at the post office before I went ot a market the next day with FREE upgraded shipping you emailed "You're a Star" I was hoping for more than 1 but here we are
To summarise my repsonses to your mails
I'm very sorry you are not happy with your purchase, each listing is just for one cracker I will endeavour to make this clearer on my listing's. Currently terms used are in the singular "Cracker" in the title and within the type in the description and this is the first time in 4 years this has been an issue and so I will amend my current listing's to be clearer now that you have raised it.
The price us £5 for postage and packing no matter if you buy one or 100 crackers.
You are welcome to return them for a full refund

No, you do have an alternative you can return for a refund, which I would have thought would be your best option as these are clearly not bringing you joy.
The category I choose and display on is not the one you have stated and would never choose due to the explosive content of snaps and postal regulations. I have attached a screen shot of the category I place my crackers in so not even in crackers at all by my own choice.

As I have stated twice now, I do not have anymore of that fabric and no more of that design.

All the crackers are made to the same dimensions, there are small variances as stated due to the handmade nature of the product. The same items that are on Etsy are exported to my website and listed all crackers are made with the same pattern to the same size but are not carbon copies as they are handmade.

All received and as speed was of importance to you I have gone to my van, picked the crackers out of stock (I have a Fayre tomorrow), packaged them up and will drop them to the post office on my way out tomorrow morning. I have also upgraded you to Royal Mail Track24, you should receive an email advising despatch tomorrow.
Difficult to reassemble well
The product looked nice when it arrived and pulls apart like a cracker but I cannot reassemble it to look nice.
