Woolsocks promised me money by downloading the app, not by downloading and spending money to then earn that money. False advertising and shitty company. Avoid like the plague.

We'd love to clear things up! With Woolsocks, rewards like Magic Gift Cards work a little differently from a simple cash payout after downloading the app. Here's how it works:
Once you have a Magic Gift Card in the app (found under the 'Money' section), all you need to do is make a purchase at the relevant store and pay with the bank card linked to your Woolsocks account. Woolsocks will automatically detect the transaction and add the refund directly to your Cashback Sock — no manual steps needed!
So there's no need to spend money to "earn" it in a complicated way — just shop as you normally would at that store and the app takes care of the rest.
