Extremely poor ordering experience & incorrect payment options
I placed my order with Woolville three times and every attempt was cancelled.
First two: paid by card, but the payment platform never appeared.
Third: I paid via PayPal (payment confirmed) yet my order was still cancelled.
They now insist I submit a bank transfer – which incurs large fees on my end.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had in years. I’m still waiting for a refund of the PayPal payment I already made.
If you’re ordering, make sure you’re comfortable with bank transfer as your only option—and ready for no resolution if something goes wrong.
