On the first day I received the house, the employee who was inspecting the building said: “I’m just replacing my colleague, he will contact you later.” Repairs were supposed to be done on March 5th, but today is March 21st and nothing has happened yet.
I asked about the size of the house, they said: “We don’t provide that info, measure it yourself.” The house has mold, they said: “Buy soda and clean it yourself!”
I wanted to take a photo of the map on the wall, they said: “No, that’s useless, go to the tourist center!”
The walls and doors are black, they said: “That’s not standard, but some people like black. You shouldn’t have signed on day 1!” – “We’re not a renovation company!”
Today, two employees came by. They were in a hurry to leave from the start, didn’t even want to properly look at the wall. The repairman didn’t even want to go up the stairs and gave his opinion from below! At first, he said: “Just paint it, no problem,” and only after my insistence did he say: “This isn’t my job, a camera is needed for this.”
Their standard phrase: “This is not our specialty, we’re replacing someone else.” Then they send another company, and you have to wait another 10 days…
