Not for small or sensitive dogs
For the positives, the delivery and price point is excellent. However...
We have a westie and basset (who generally eats anything and everything). We've always had trouble getting our older westie to eat, he's very fussy and this food wasn't an exception. We followed the correct procedure of weening the dogs from their old food to new, but he is also old and small and the biscuits were far too big and hard for his mouth. I would suggest bringing out a range for smaller dogs. I did reach out and ask this, but was advised that the biscuits are made so you can break them up, which yes, is true, for the very long pieces I was able to break them in half (still too big for my westie), but the other pieces were so hard not even a knife went through them.
After just over a month on the food, we also noticed our Basset stopped eating the food, which is a red flag to me from a dog who would eat just about anything. Also, even the hypoallergenic food caused our westie's skin disease the flare up, after many years of having it under control.
I give two stars because I know some of these factors are out of Wooof's control, but to me it also feels a little like a few too many red flags to ignore.
If you have an old / small dog, I wouldn't reccomend, and definitely not for dogs with existing allergies / sensitivities. I only wish I had read a review like this before I bought rather than just following all the excellent reviews. Don't mean to shame the company at all, if it is good for your dog, great, but it just really wasn't for ours.

Regarding the kibble size and hardness: As our food is cold-pressed and made without artificial binders, the density can vary. We understand that for an older, smaller dog, this can be a challenge. We have a new dry food in our range: a crunchy senior formula. We’d like to discuss with you whether this might be a suitable option.
Regarding the flare-up and appetite: While our food is formulated to be as natural as possible, every dog is unique. A flare-up can sometimes occur during a transition, but we completely understand your concern when your Basset also showed less interest. This is never the experience we want for our customers.
We would like to look further into this with you and see how we can reach a suitable solution or offer further advice. I sent you an email because we'd like to help you resolve this.

Affordable and healthy
Since the beginning we have been buying from Wooof, and we are fairly happy with the services. Even their hypoallergenic products are affordable, compared to other brands. And any time there was an issue, the team helped us any way they could, to make sure their food is healthy, and our dog is happy with the food.
The only feedback I have is to make the products available consistently. Some snacks aren’t always available, which makes it hard to pick additional supplements without switching them up too much.

Always fast delivery, the kibble is of very good.
My dog used to be very skinny despite having a good kibble. Once we switched to Woof high energy, he started gaining weight. Hasn't had a single issue with his stomach either.
Price is also very good for 18kg bag.
Super happy with the product and service!

Love Wooof! We have given our two dogs (Australian shepherd and heidewachtel) wooof food for over 3 years. Their coat is shinny, they have energy to play and go for walks, and their digestion is very good. We change flavors every now and then

We initially planned to try the food for a week and then decide on further use. However, seeing how much the dog was suffering, we decided not to continue for the full week and stopped using it immediately. We also chose not to order any more.
