Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful - it would be surprising to learn they use Worcester name with permission.
Worcesterboilersrepairs.co.uk lie about response time, waste your time whilst you are waiting for the engineer and then dispatch the engineer who himself clearly states he is NOT a Worcester engineer - suggesting one should be called instead.
Charges to card made under dodgy company name nothing to do with Worcester.
No VAT receipt provided despite numerous requests.
Could not be more shady and stinking of fraud.
