We are thoroughly happy with our finished bathroom. Throughout the procedures, personnel at Worcester City Bathrooms were very knowledgeable and helpful and Rhys the fitter was first class.

Great design ideas and helpful guidance to create three bathrooms for our barn conversion. Really nice to deal with an independent family business where nothing is too much trouble.

We first met Leonie in February and were immediately impressed with her listening to our needs and her knowledge of the various appliances that would meet those needs, also her follow up when we had questions was outstanding
Hinton and King carried out the remodels and encountered various surprises when they dismantled the previous bathrooms. They communicated very well during the remodel and we are very pleased with the end result

We would highly recommend Worcester City Bathrooms if you are looking to renew your bathroom. We had excellent advice and suggestions from Leonie during our one to one consultation.
The fitters from Hinton and King - Taylor and Brett - have done an exceptionally good job and we are delighted with the finished result. Thanks also to Harry from Hinton and King for coordinating the work schedule.

Really don’t deserve any stars
My experience with this company was awful
Leonie talked the talk but definitely didn’t deliver.
Did not get measurements correct or inform us on any changes
Did not start on agreed date left 4 days without any communication we had to chase them
Full of excuses of why this had happened all they had to do was to keep us informed on the situation. I struggled to get an apology until my husband phoned.
When a fitter did arrive a week later the wrong sizes and parts had been ordered so he couldn’t start.
On the final day of fitting we then found out Leonie had ordered wrong size radiator
What a joke !
I would never use this company again or recommend them
Communication skills zero
The only saving grace in the situation was we had a good fitter

We’re delighted with our new bathrooms, they look fantastic. Hinton & King - Harry, Taylor, Brett & Harley, with Andy doing the electrics - have made an excellent job of the installation. Thanks to Leonie in the showroom for the initial design and her patience with our tweaking and to Steve for sorting out the shower options.

We would thoroughly recommend Worcester City Bathrooms and their excellent team of installers headed by Grant Hemmings.

At the start of the process, Leonie went through all the equipment required outlining the features, colours and cost. Once the initial outline was made a start date was given. During the process Leonie was on hand for all our queries. She was a joy to work with, and was constantly both personal and professional.

During the process Keeley kept us up-to-date with information about equipment etc and was able to help us when required. She was always available to contact, and was super quick to respond and help us out.

With regards to installation, we cannot express our gratitude to Grant and his team, Paul and Ben who worked 120% to get things right due to the excessive extra work that was involved. The work itself is of exceptional quality and we are very grateful for their endurance until the end of the project.
On a personal note, it was a pleasure to welcome all three of them into our home. They’re exceptionally hard workers, as well as being top lads too.

Everyone involved has been wonderful throughout, and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

It was very straightforward and professional. The planning in the showroom was helped by Leonie and the fitting worked really well with Rhys and Daryl, according to the schedule.
All together exactly as we hoped and the final result was excellent.

My late Victorian house was in need of an upgrade, it still had the original 1920's cast iron bath and wash basin.
WCB project managed the whole endeavour ; from surveys, planning , product selection and installation.
Any queries I had where answered promptly and professionally .
My installer , Martin of M.A.B property services did a wonderful install, having to cope with the removal of a hidden chimney breast and a very heavy bath.
Thank you WCB and Martin for your professionalism and hard work, I highly recommend you.

We are really happy with our new bathroom. Worcester City Bathrooms were very patient and knowledgeable talking us through the options available. Chris our fitter was polite, reliable, and always worked to a very high standard, communicating well with us to explain what he was doing. It did take a bit longer than we expected, but the end result was well worth it.

We are very happy with our new bathroom. The process of choosing things and getting a plan was made very straightforward and the work started bang on schedule. All the work was done to a high standard and looks great. We had a complete strip back to redo everything and rearrange the fittings. It has made our old cramped and dated bathroom into a fabulous haven. Many thanks to everyone at WCB and Hinton & King for their professionalism and hard work, especially Brett and Taylor.

Real attention to detail from worcester city bathrooms, from start to finish, with the support on design and the quality products, we have now got an exceptional new bathroom that looks fantastic, Martin did a top job of installation and went above and beyond to give us what we wanted 👍

This is the second time we have used WCB. Quality products and a great service. We were also lucky enough to have Darren Dunn fit our en-suite. This is the second time Darren has fitted a bathroom for us. He’s always the model professional who I would highly recommend.

Excellent Service from design and specification through to fitting . Leonie provided first class guidance and recommendations throughout the project for our two bathrooms. Rhys and Darrell the fitters were equally excellent and made the installation process smooth and efficient. I will thoroughly recommend and repurchase based on this great experience.
