I’ve been trying to get help with a return for more than a week now.

I returned my package, but no one has responded to my emails sfter they confirmed the package was delivered to wordans, and their phone numbers don’t work—there’s no queue or even a dial tone.

My business is now stuck because I can’t get either a refund or new products. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I’m still waiting for any reply.

It's been 7 days since I've ordered, and the package is still not sent. I would suggest to choose another retailer.

I ordered 3 hoodies and i didnt like the quality of them so i returned them. i never recieved an email if they were receievet at their warehouse. i have written 2 emails to wordans and have got no answer, i also called them 4 times within the period their line was open, also without luck. this is just pure b*llshit, DONT BUY HERE!

I place one order,the tracking number sayd that alreaddy arrived.I never receivet.I write them one e-mail.They send me a text where is write that i cancelled the order in 20 of May.It is funny because i place the order in 26 of June.Not serious.Very dissapointed.I will never ise or recomand Wordand to nobody🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

I still have the meaning that the cost of sending the t-shirt is too expensive- 25% of the total amount.

Your shipper "CHRONOPOST" is unreliable!
My order ID W4268139 shipped 05.05 never arrived at the adress.
Chronopost posted an impertinent mail: Delivery not possible, the receiver was not at home 10.05 at 12.06 o'clock -- BUT I WAS WAITING AND I RECEIVED A PARCEL FROM POSTNORD same day at noon!!!

Good polyester Tshirts, but the subli-Tshirts are too thin.

Products are as expected, and came fast :-)

I had issues with the costumer service and my order, but after they finally answered my mail they were helpful. And they managed to send my order correctly

The quality is good, but it was a bit of a hassle to get all my items. So 3 stars from me

Some parts where broken, the plastic caps of the elastic pull zippers where missing or broken.
Overearlly the product is very good for the price and the quality is satisfactory.

Appreciate the customer service I had received from Mig! I was accidentally shipped out the wrong pieces, but immediately he made sure they shipped out the right pieces. It shipped quickly! However, ended up having an issue with UPS (which is out of Wordans + Migs hands) because they had lost the package, and even with that - Mig was dedicated to getting the issue resolved and I was re-shipped new pieces a second time which also shipped out so quickly. So I am definitely happy with the experience and will stick with this company! The replies to e-mails was really fast as well!

I ordered 4 different black T-shirts at Wordans, when I received them, they were all the same model, although the descriptions on the homepage all differed immensely. Some of the "models" were even available in different colors.

They won't give me my money back.

Arrogance still prospers in France.

I feel defrauded.

Wordans refunded me, so I am raising the score from 1 star to 3.

Ordered twice from Wordans.dk
If you are prepared to wait more than 2 days for delivery (My orders arrived in apprx 1-2 weeks) everything is smooth.
I order all my “Fruit of the loom” basics from Wordans and i am happy with price/quality/delivery.
No complaints - happy customer 👍🏻

Almost gave up ordering from this company, because of all the bad rewrites, but I gave it a shot anyway and I must say I was't disappointed, confirming email right after purchase and delivery to my doorstep on day eight. The product is as described and especially the light grey V neck t-Shirts where in a fantastic color.... So all in all it was an extraordinarily good experiences to deal with this company... Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but otherwise great product and I am very satisfied! I also was very happy with the price.

I ordered 15 shirts and payed 14$ for 1-2 days shipping. I haven’t heard a word from them at its been 9 days now.
When i placed the order it said “an email has been send to you with the order confirmation” but i never received it!!! Unbelievable bad service.
It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
