Poor updated absence calendar experience
They just updated the absence calendar for a "new experience". Well, the new experience means days in the calendar are filled up with my colleagues holidays, and I can't actually see which days I've booked off yet without clicking the drop-down on each day and scrolling down to see if I'm in the list. I should be at the top.

Worst platform for applicants…
Worst platform for applicants hands-down. Every time I encounter this platform for a job application I groan audibly. Clunky, doesn't integrate Chrome saved data properly, never parses CVs properly, has tons of repetitive questions you have till out over and over for each application, the list goes on and on. It is cancer.
Does Ageism discrimination live here?
I feel strongly that I have been a victim of ageism from this company (many applications filtered without reason, 27 years of SME level exp, but 50+). I have zero confidence in this company and at this point will refuse to even consider an employer that uses this platform. Employers do better. This is my personal opinion based on many direct experiences.
The worst app I've ever used
The worst app I've ever used, hands down. Nothing is straight forwards, clunky, can't get in half the time, took me over an hour to find my payslip which is the only reason I use it. We're forced on here by work. Obviously a forced collaboration. But it's honestly a horrendous experience and every time I need to go on it and access it I am filled up with frustration. Every single time. Terrible, I would never recommend.

Unser unfriendly
Workday is one of the most user-unfriendly platforms I’ve encountered. It’s not intuitive at all — onboarding a new employee requires following an 80-page PDF guide, which feels like a workaround rather than a solution. In 2025, we should expect better. The interface is clunky, the workflows are confusing, and it’s baffling that companies still rely on such a cumbersome system

Absolutely terrible platform. Probably the worst I've ever used at any organisation. Nothing ever loads first time. Servers are INSANELY slow. Any link you click on is broken 90% of the time. Stop Letting Broken Systems Reject Great Candidates company is the worst
This company is the worst. Their AI tool is useless — it only checks the job title, and if your title doesn’t exactly match the job opening, it automatically rejects you. What’s even worse is that the companies using this tool know it’s flawed, yet they still rely on it. Most of them keep reposting the same jobs for months and then wonder why they can’t find the right candidate.
Today, while I was trying to apply for a role, I found out the company is using this same useless hiring tool — but the surprise? It was shut down.
Stop using this waste-of-time, waste-of-space company and hire a human being.

I wish there is zero star option for this! The amount of time I have to spend on unnecessary things is crazy.
Where do I start?
The time logging system is absolutely terrible. They could have separate buttons for clocking in/out, but chose a drop down menu. Logging in takes forever. Placing orders used to be easy with the old system we used. Now, I have to go through 3 different "place order" screens to even complete an order. I have to retype my address and CC# every time I order this week because the information isn't there anymore. I'm also hearing about the AI hiring system being faulty in that it might not show your application due to discrimination.

Every employer uses them to fill out a job application. They say I can use a shortcut by uploading my resume, but then get all the info wrong, doubling my work because now I have to fix their mess before filling out my job history.

The holiday system for hourly staff is not effective at all. It’s a broken system. How can I not book holiday in advance and then not earn it back.
