We hired workers from this company only…

We hired workers from this company only to have the worker go back to the site and demolish all the work he had done over nearly 3 weeks. The Agency are not taking any responsibility and are failing to resolve the matter. Throughout the time using the company the workers they have sent have been unreliable and not trustworthy. Avoid using the agency.

Be careful sending all sensitive…

Be careful sending all sensitive information and documents to these people, soon after submitting various ID documents and sensitive details, my daughter started receiving scam mail, texts and WhatsApp messages from all sources. I believe your details are shared or sold on. After registering seems job no longer existed

I was hung up once by a very…

I was hung up once by a very unprofessional girl who was clearly not happy to help me. I had no opportunity to ask a single question, I called again to follow up and ask why she hung up on me, and she did hang up on me again! Why such despicable professional behaviour? No idea but I will certainly never work with them again and mainly when I have to hire extra staff in the future.
Put the agency on my professional blacklist.

Top Temp Agency for finding work for…

Top Temp Agency for finding work for you, I registered with them on Monday, had a call back on the Wednesday, and was in work the following Monday, in a warehouse just 2 miles from home, with the flexible hours that I wanted to work.

Unprofessional workplace

Guys if you are young I beg of you please do your research as an agency worker and your rights. You do not deserve to be mistreated. You are entitled to so many things; holiday pay, payslips and a p45. Please research these things or join another agency! One that I recommend that my friend has never had any problems with and the people are actually really supportive is grays and associates recruitment agency. Before I even joined with them they were more than happy to give me advice and tell me the key information about my rights as not only a temporary worker but an agency worker too! Guys I hope you know that your rights as a worker changes once you’ve reached 12 weeks with the same company you are currently working at. Researching agencies is so important and majority of the reviews below are so unreliable. Save your time and sanity babygirl and go somewhere else because the lack of professionalism is unbelievable. They have blocked and deleted all their emails so I can’t contact them about my p45. I literally had to beg them for my holiday pay. Which I am entitled to since I am getting taxed on it as well as earning it. Guys I wish I listened to that one bad review below. You can even tell by the response from the employer how unprofessional they are. The first bad review should have been a red flag. the second bad review should be the last red flag you need, to not join. Hopefully they will provide me will a p45 but I highly doubt it. Hopefully god guides them to be better people especially in a time like this

Guys you do not deserve to be mistreated. Neither you deserve holiday pay, payslip, P45 before you start work or on first day of work. Please research these things; in particular this person that is writing these all comments as she got all the three; holiday pay, payslips and P45. Pathetic to write than; I am certain. Is there anyone else who does not think that?

It does not work unless you do research. Her friend invited her to a company called Grays and Associates that could have been only agency all over UK right now during this worst ever hit pandemic if she was right. That in itself narrates that she is entirely wrong about it. I am certain she has asked questions before joining to ensure she has all the information handy. There is a saying; unless you ask, you do not get answered. She should have asked before about all the information she needed; she did not, hence she was not answered.

Your right as a worker changes when you reach 12 weeks; please wait till 12 weeks before expecting your rights to be changed. Do not expect it before that. It would not happen. Just like herself it did not till 12 weeks work happened.

Her saying itself mentioned it all. Out of 24 reviews; she should have believed one/two reviews. Does that not say how far from truth she could be? Of course truth hurts. If the work has ended; there is no professionalism or personalism to be involved. There is no contract since P45 is been issued. So it gets a bit awkward to remain professional or personal with anyone for that matter once contract ended.

We rang her on her phone on a number of occasions but her phone does not take calls. More than often she has been messaging that we was wishing for her contract to be over ASAP. Out of hours contact is out of requirement unless extremely necessary. Also; since she mentioned she had so many issues; why did she not leave in the first moment itself? She would not want to show up in the office but rather type online about her own created experiences. Thanks but no thanks!

She is not the only individual that we deal with. We have many other clientele and many other candidates that we have to work with and work for. Last thing we want is waste our time on just one person that does whatever she wants without considering others.
