I have been working with Workflow Magic for the past 5 months, and I can confidently say that they have greatly improved my business workflows. Initially, I was hesitant to start working with them because I had previously worked with other agencies that passed my job off to various team members, which resulted in having to repeatedly explain my needs. However, my experience with Workflow Magic has been entirely different.

From the very beginning, their team has been extremely responsive and helpful, consistently coming up with innovative ideas to streamline our processes. I have primarily worked with one dedicated person, and anytime another team member needed to assist, they were already caught up to speed with what was going on. This level of continuity and communication is truly impressive.

Got exactly what was advertised. We had a dedicated team member diligently working on building out our design. The amount of feed back and iterating was great. We really felt like a load of work was secure and on track without dedicating too much internal time to it.
