Hi Tim, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy about the speed of shipping. On our shipping page we advise your order should take 1-5 days to be shipped and then the standard shipping carrier times are 4-6 business days. Your order was placed 6 business days ago, packed the same day and shipped the next morning. Checking the shipping tracking, it appears your order has been in your city for delivery for 3 days now and was due to arrive today - which was within this standard timeframe. We will continue to check on this over tomorrow and submit an enquiry to the shipping company. As we are shipping from NSW, this is unfortunately just the state of shipping in our country at the moment. Its not as fast as it used to be! We're sorry that this isn't faster, but please rest assured that your headphones should be with you imminently!
Update: Hi Tim, we're so sorry to hear that you did not receive these. We did check in on these earlier this week it was marked by the courier as delivered on the 14th of August, 2023. We have lodged an enquiry with Sendle and they are checking in with the courier who advised that they had delivered your parcel. You can also reach us through our website or our social platforms. As a small business we have tried our best to attempt resolving this. However, shipping is not in our control. We apologise if your order was delayed/and did not arrive to your address. We were just going to confirm with you whether you'd like for us to attempt redelivery of these.
