Never got the order

Never got the order. Had to work hard to get a refund. Wont even try to deal with this company again.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.

Your order was placed on hold because a PayPal dispute was raised prior to the dispatch of your order.

Unfortunately, this prevented us from dispatching the order or issuing a refund until the dispute is fully resolved.

Please note that we advised you that we will not be able to proceed any further with dispatching your order until we have received confirmation from PayPal that your dispute has been closed.

As a result, the order was ultimately cancelled, and any refund could only be processed in line with PayPal’s resolution process.

We completely understand how this situation could be frustrating. Please know that the delays were not due to a lack of willingness to help on our part, but rather the restrictions imposed while disputes are active.

Throughout the process, our team did our best to respond and provide updates based on the information available at each stage.

We regret that this experience has left you feeling disappointed, and we hope this explanation helps clarify why events unfolded as they did.
