I had an incredible experience during my apprenticeship program. The coaches and staff members were very supportive and informative. Thanks to their guidance, I completed my apprenticeship, and I am now applying what I've learned in my current role. This experience will benefit both the company and my career goals.

The teaching that Working Knowledge provided was fantastic, with classes delivered by real subject matter experts. My coach Barbara in particular was extremely supportive in helping me reach my end point assessment, and she was instrumental in helping me to be promoted during my time as an apprentice.

Learning with Working Knowledge was nothing but a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Having come onto the course with basic marketing experience, but no formal education, the learnings were essential in helping me perform to my best and really shape myself as a marketer.

My coach, Sam Robinson, was amazing in guiding me each month and really pushing me to perform at my best. In a highly constructive way, he would question me on my marketing and wasn't afraid to call out areas in which I could improve, or areas in which I needed to apply more focus. Simultaneously, he was brilliant at pulling out praise for me and helping celebrate my achievements - something I've always found really difficult. I can't thank Sam enough for the huge impact he has had on my career!

The actual teachings aside, Jo & the rest of the WK team were always a huge pleasure to deal with whenever it came to anything admin related. Jo would always go the extra mile for anything that needed doing, and everything was always explained to a high level of detail. Tom's webinars, and general work in creating a community around the apprentices, was vital in helping with course integration & furthering learning outside the course hours.

I've since moved into working for one of Europe's biggest tech brands as a Marketing Executive, and the skills & techniques I learned across my time with WK are vital to me on a daily basis. Thanks so much!

I recently had the pleasure of completing my Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with Working Knowledge. I have had a great experience working with them they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

The team at Working Knowledge was always willing to answer any questions I had and provide guidance and support when needed. They provided me with a comprehensive overview of the digital marketing landscape, and then helped me to create a tailored plan of action to help me develop my skills in this area.

Without a doubt, this was the best experience I've ever had. Amy and her team have been incredibly professional and helpful from the very beginning of the application process for the apprenticeship position in Digital Marketing. I have absolutely loved every stage of the process since it was well-structured and because I could see that the Working Knowledge were professionals in their industry and knew what they were doing. Great apprenticeship company, I felt very supported throughout my apprenticeship. Excellent tutors and coaches who are experts in their field so I really felt I was getting high level tuition!

I was an apprentice through the pandemic and managed to pass, even though normal learning circumstances were not going ahead (all of our lessons were on Zoom). The teachers still managed to make the lessons fun and get everyone involved, as well as still including group learning.

This apprenticeship is hard work but you learn so much which you don't think you'll need but most of it you are doing in your role without even realising.

This apprenticeship allowed me to learn everything I needed to kick start my career in Marketing. I have remained at my current role for a total of 2 years, and now because of my knowledge I have got a new role with a retail giant as a Marketing Operations manager.

My experience with Working Knowledge was absolutely fantastic. I was looking for a way to enter into digital marketing but found myself often being overlooked due to having no experience. They took the time to look past that and really get to know me and what I can do.
The tasks and assessment day were structured in a way that really gave me an opportunity to show what I could do, and talk about my drive for the job, instead of being reduced to a few bullet points on a CV. The entire experience felt really personal, and I felt extremely supported the entire way.
Being autistic, I can often get overwhelmed with all the complexities of applying for a new job, especially one in a brand new field, but I was guided through it by one of the Working Knowledge recruitment associates, Amy. She kept me updated throughout, and created a really lovely, friendly environment that put me completely at ease before my interviews and tasks. She really helped to grow my confidence which allowed me to put my best foot forward when interviewing for the role. Amy went out of her way to make sure that I was prepared for each step and I really felt like she genuinely wanted to see me succeed.

I’ve recently received an offer to start a digital marketing apprenticeship with Working Knowledge and I can’t speak highly enough of whole recruitment process. What could have been a daunting process was made thoroughly enjoyable thanks to Jo and Amy who were so supportive. In my initial interview with Amy, she guided me through the questions which helped me open up and talk about my experience without putting answers in my mouth. Because she made me feel so comfortable I was able to express myself well and think clearly, which helped me come across in the best possible way. The brief for the written task was clear but left enough space for me to interpret it in the way which would best show off my skills, and Amy was there to guide me along the way again. I was worried about the virtual selection day, but Jo looked after all the technical stuff and made sure we knew what was expected of us so we were all well prepared. I loved meeting the other candidates, and it left me with the feeling that I would have genuinely been happy if any of them had got the position over me. By the time we met the employers we were all comfortable and it was a great experience getting to know them.
All in all I can’t thank the team enough for their support throughout, and would recommend them to anyone interested in doing an apprenticeship.

I have recently started an apprenticeship in Digital Marketing through Working Knowledge. It was a bit daunting, but they have guided me through and I am gaining in confidence every day.
