The app is always presenting problems. And more: they say they pay through Tremendous, which is quick enough, and the payments are still pending. Not sure it will work. Even with a new administration.

Hello, This is the review so far on this app it's 100% scam app. After just their newest update you can easily get to withraw with your points now because its only paypal email that are needed and username of your acc i withraw my 5$ usd paypal voucher at sep 19 waited 10 days for process so far so good can login on my acc till 27 or 28 of september then the 404 error came till now at 30 0$ alloted to the paypal acc, point taken this is only happening on the one acc that withraw one, tried it to the other phone its not even maintenance now

Whenever I am requesting my payout OTP is not coming for verification.
It says because of an internal issue occurred while verification.

Good app but
Good app. But can we talk about payments. Errors to redeem points to PayPal. Any assistance in regards i have reached 5000 + keeps on with errors not eve sending otps.

It gets worse, day by day. Have one gift card to get paid, they do not answer mails or the contact forms. Also our accounts, over and over, stop counting the videos we watch. Terrible site.

The idea of the program is great, however there are many bugs. Initially the team attended the chats or tickets, but I think there are so many people with problems that they are not taking care, or else they are failing. I even got the premium account, but the system returned me to normal access and now no one answers me. I also lost my credits for a system error and so far have not answered me (and glad I sent screenshots of the screens). Luckily I managed to get to $25.00 and redeem, but I still have premium access until October, only the site stopped for good (at least today).
