I recently purchased a Workshop Repair Manual for my car from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The download link was provided immediately after payment, and the manual came as an application running on an Oracle VirtualBox virtual machine.

Paid for a PDF file. This file mainly contains torque values ​​and a few photos. It also contains many links to articles that aren't actually there. This shouldn't be sold. 8,100 pages without information. I feel ripped off for €11.69. Smart guys I must say, how they make money.

Would not recommend unless you love setting up virtual machines, going to the BIOS of your computer looking for settings that make no sense and swearing forever about confusing IT jargon. I want a workshop manual to fix the engine of my car not a IT course.

Very good material as expected , I learned from them through Pinterest, they also had full time support with very fast support times through Gmail . I downloaded the Renault Dialogys .

I had some problems with the installation.
I was helped very well and now it works great.

Never received the paid manual.
Wrote them a few email, 4 or 5 times, but never received any reply.
I have the feeling that it just a scam. You see this a lot nowadays.

The download link fails and then expires after 3 tries. Very slow customer support ...but it did get sorted.

Paid for a manual from my mobile phone, not realising it brings up the links on the order page, which is only accessible from the page I’m on, once you go off the page that’s it your links are gone! How stupid, so tried to download them on my phone which is impossible and doesn’t work, now the links have been used too many times and I can no longer even try to download them, 0 links emailed to me and not even a confirmation email of the receipt, contacted them through their website on the live chat ( which says FAST REPLIES and sent about 10 emails with 0 response, they’ve scammed me out £10 and I’ve received NOTHING. I am literally bent over my bonnet in desperate need of this manual and no one will reply to me. Not happy at all.

Peugeot 308 manual was way better than expected. French cars aren't that scary when you got good info. Fixed my own timing belt!

I had some issues with the download. David at WorkshopManuals was brilliant. Instant replies to emails and together we worked through the problems. My manual is now downloaded and it is excellent. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Scam.
Waste of time and money

This is a follow-up regarding an order on 8/06/2025 for an 1999 VW Jetta TDI 1.9 ltr.diesel sedan.
My order was charged to credit card but no order number was given, or down load link for pdf files.
I had a difficulty contacting the company, however problems were resolved and files were downloaded!
Trust pilot does not appear to have any way to retract a previous review, I would ask that people disregard the previous review as the problems were resolved to my satisfaction.

Sent me a link with files that were outrageously huge, total of 7gb in zipped files. To then unzip them to a 350mb file, absolutely unnecessary.
That file I had to load in a virtyal system that would then give me my manual. Wich is only doable on a Windows or Mac computer. So no mobile devices.
Sounds like a scam and hackaton at the same time. This feels more like a setup for spyware than anything. Glad my devices were unable to run it. I asked to send the files in PDF format wich was then impossible. I lost money and still don't have the manual. Do not recommend this.

I've been a customer for a while now, and I'm always impressed. The service is top-notch, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
