I bought a Mahindra manual on the 10th January. The download link didn't work. I send emails explaining my problem that the link doesn't want to open. Till today no feedback but my account has been debited.

David got hold off me. Explained that there is something wrong on the server and the files could not be downloaded.
He gave me a refund .

I had trouble opening the original link so was sent a Zip file which opened no problem. As well as having the owners handbook as a PDF there were a number of documents, approx 53, of different topics. The information is clear and easy to read and, in some cases, refers to other documents, which had also been provided.
In my case the manuals allowed me to change the light bar in the front grille without breaking any tabs. This had saved me a reasonable amount since otherwise I would have had it done at a VW dealer at dealer hourly rates, not cheap.
Money well spent.

Could not open the files. Followed their instructions to the tee! Sent three messages to the company with copy of error report and still no communication. It's been 5 days now and the order states that this is the maximum time to download the files and then the order is closed. Paid the money. Where are the files?? Very dubious about this company.

In today, I purchased 2003 - 2017 Rolls Royce phantom service manual. they sent me two emails about the transaction.'order has been received' and 'order is now complete'. that is all. no download link.no reply to emails or massages. I lost 29.40 USD because of this scam web site. do not trust them and be careful.
after several emails and massages, they replied on December 1st (two days later) with 'sorry for the inconvenience,the file you requested may damaged, so we will refund your money' but still I didn't receive the confirmation from my bank. I must check it with the bank.

I was skeptical at first but a lot of the negative reviews stem from user's inability to follow instructions. Basically, this is a shop manual used by the official dealers. I purchased a Mercedes for C118 and it was 100% legit. The file size is enormous (32GB) and I had issues downloading. I emailed the support and they gave me another link to download and it worked. This shop manual runs on Win7 so it comes with Virtual Box (Win7 Emulator) so you can run it. If you follow the instructions, it will work and it's really cheap compared to what you get.

The installation was quite complicated, but that is not Workshopmanuals fault, but rather the complicated manual construction from Volvo with a database which requires a Virtual windows 7 installation (with "Virtualbox" from Oracle). The support from Workshopmanuals was no less than excellent. In spite of me sending support questions Sunday afternoon I received quick and professional help. And they promised to improve the manuals so that even amateurs would find the installation easy.

I ordered manuals for my VW T6 Transporter this morning and got an email with links in to download files. All the files stop downloading at 500 Mb. I contacted the vendor and they sent me a new option for download from Microsoft Cloud Services which worked. There are several versions of the VM Manager. I managed to get verion 6 which has worked. Manuals are very techy but very helpful too.

Went for a manual, got a link to 5 4.7GB files, that fail at 524MB everytime.

Great service and site. Contacted beforehand to see if a service manual was available, which was confirmed. Then we had e-mail contact after the purchase, where I got a link (since the initial one didn't work). And the manual was legit, which previously had been very hard to find.

I did run into some difficulties with installing the Mercedes manuals. I tried first on a Mac and gave up because of issues with virtual machine software and because I had a Windows laptop available. I successfully installed on the Windows machine and the content is legit and fantastic. Well worth persevering to get it up and running. I bought a second time because my download links had expired and, when I asked for help and explained the situation, I was refunded in full!
David was great in terms of tech support on the install front. Always responsive with clear and complete instructions and very knowledgeable.

This guy is legit and helpful! Instructions are good and clear. I had an old install of two manuals from a year or two ago and the laptop got dropped so needed to download again but the links didnt work anymore. Within a day I had an email with new links so I'm back up and running.

I have to agree with comment before mine, they are really bad to deal with, i have applied for my money back, despite what they say, THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS I sent three even saying I will contact the credit card company, thst was 10 days ago, the soft ware for me was impossible to install, when I finally got the installation manual to open it had no information at all just a couple of lines of nonsense I have now bought the manual from a decent company and all is good, I hope never to encounter your company again, snd NO you dont answer emails, stay away from this company

Scam, paid, got an email, could not download anything, tried to contact them 5-6 times via email, 1 phone call over 15 days - 0 answers. Disputed the transaction with my bank and got all my money back. Total waste of my time, will never use them again and leave negative feedback everywhere I can.

Update 17 Oct 2023: As I replied to their email, I needed help around 2 months ago. I have not received any of their emails and checked my junk carefully, it was not there. I called too, no one answered and I already found another vendor 2 months ago. I disputed the charge with my bank so I would just like my money back and no further business with them.

Had a lot of problems due to old windows 7 but the company were super in getting me up and running, then my computer crashed but they were very obliging and quickly sent another link for the manual,
Which works at treat on my new laptop. Can’t praise this company enough

One year ago I bought a manual but some days ago the licence key had a problem. The technical support has quickly replied to my mail providing the solution to allow me to access the manual again. Now it's also improved comparing to the previous version.
Very satisfied. Highly recommended.
