The delivery team, Martin and Enzo, were truly exceptional. Despite facing significant logistical challenges:
A large lorry blocked access to my street
A car was parked in front of my house entrance
The 4-meter worktop was extremely heavy
They went above and beyond typical delivery expectations. When traditional entry was impossible, they creatively solved the problem by delivering the worktop through my front house window. Most delivery drivers would have simply abandoned the delivery, but they were determined to complete their task professionally.

Very poor service. I had done 2 worktops with them. On both the occasions I was told they would send me a chopping board. 1st time last year, nothing has been sent so far, same 3 months ago. After setting invoice don't care attitude.
