I used them once last year and never again. My experience with them was the following: good communication, good selling skills, poor management of the selections offered, very poor skills in solving issues during the holiday. They know exactly what I am referring to.
I do not recommend them.

Our first holiday with „World lifetime journey", was excellent and my kids really enjoyed. Very professional and quick answer to all questions. The hotel was amazing very clean, friendly staff, with plenty food more then we can eat and the kids entertainment was wow. Stress free regarding the check in and transfers both ways. Can't wait for next year to come.
