After the whole madness with this pandemic times and restrictions I wanted to go somewhere to relax and create great memories with my loved ones and they made it real. First holiday was in Spain - very impressed with all the hard work and the lovely outcome!!! And I decided to come back to them ...so I have have book my second holiday with them for this year!
Being a "hard to please customer" they have manage to find really good offers( each time they came with more then 10 offers)and tailored them to me and my family needs and requests. I have received great suport from start to finish, with brilliant communication and very responsive all the time, even after closing time.
As a gesture of appreciation they've sent us a small personalised gift for using their services and I can say that is a very thoughtful thing to do!
I am impressed with the overall experience and I appreciate the fact they sort everything for us and make everything hassle free.

Amazing experience in Egypt. I have just recently returned from my family holiday in Hurghada which was handled very well by Stelian at World Lifetime Journeys. We had several chats during the pandemic and asked them for some holiday quotes in different countries but because the regulations didn’t allow us to go in the end, we didn’t conclude anything until now when we finally managed to go to Egypt. However, I was very pleased with every communication we had with them and they were very professional and polite all the time. Our experience in Egypt was great considering we have never been there and after 2 years of pandemic we really needed it. I also want to say that Stelian paid attention to all details of our holiday to make it a memorable one. I will definitely book again with them as they know how to deal with their clients.
