Scammers

Scammers. Took my money and then said the parcel was delivered which it wasn’t. Sent me a photo of some random house claiming it was mine. Been trying to get a refund but they are not budging so I’m contacting the police for theft. Avoid this company at all costs.

Understand what you are buying

Understand that if you live in the United States, it will cost you roughly $35 to send your order back to this company, PLUS it has to go through customs and there is no guarantee it won't get sent back and you have to pay to try and send it again.

I bought the carved wooden beer mug and…

I bought the carved wooden beer mug and it feels like something straight out of a Viking feast. The wood is thick and has a beautiful grain, and the handle is solid and well-balanced. It is a bit heavy, but that just adds to the authentic experience.

Temu product markup scam.

Pants are a complete scam. I paid $40 for nordic pants with a generic nordic pattern on them. The image is completely photoshopped. They look amazing in the images, but in reality they are some thin, flimsy material with no substance or weight. The patterns are barely even visible in sunlight. You can get the same pair on Temu for $5. The company is from China. You can buy everything they sell on Temu for 1/8th the price. The website is just a scam in hopes that you will forget to return the product or will be too lazy.

Not like the picture!

Took two weeks from ordering before any shipping update. I didn’t realise it was a Chinese company. My fault for not checking more reviews..
The shirt did NOT look like the picture. I’m embarrassed to give it as a gift 😣 I would not recommend.

Avoid

I paid for express shipping but it wasn't even dispatched within the time frame.
When the item arrived it was not a cozy Nordic jumper, it was a shiny polyester shirt with painted on leather patches. Not the rugged item I hoped to get for a gift for my husband.

Had a bit of an issue with my order when it arrived, reached out to their customer service team & it was resolved quickly. Great item delivered, just like the pictures on the site.

Not as advertised

12/10/25 Update to original review:
WorldNorse refunded 50% of my cost for the 2 clothing items that were not as shown (bathrobe type material rather than outerwear material).
To be clear, their refund policy does state the buyer must pay return shipping for refund requests, and the company rep cautioned me my package would have a high chance of being lost, so I should also purchase insurance if I had gone that route.
Very pricey to ship internationally, I decided against that. I do appreciate the company instead agreeing to a partial refund.
However, I do wish their products were advertised honestly. If you order a clothing item, expect a downgraded version of the pictured item you order.

Initial review: I have requested a refund via email within their 30 day refund policy, even though they say below that they can't find my order. I will update my rating/review if they do allow the refund as they should. We ordered two coats/jackets as a gift for our son, totalling over $130, and what we got was 2 items that are basically bathrobes. The site uses AI photos of clothing that looks and is described as high quality material, but in reality it is a lightweight terrycloth bathrobe material, with no shape or form to the items. Will be back to update on the status.
