Was sent a pair last minute at Christmas. Unfortunately these hadn’t been checked and one was soft silky leather with silky fur one was tough leather with scratchy wool (the later I preferred ) . The company was happy to send a returns label and sent me a new pair having listened to my preference and the were perfect. Very happy will be a returning customer.

Great pair so far
I'm happy so far with my order I am rating 4 star for now bc I haven't been able to wear them much bc of the weather in Maine but around the house they are comfy and feel like my clogs from high school!!!

No customer service
So the order went okay, but the clogs were too small. Returned at my expense, $13.xx, and asked for a larger size to be sent. But they didn't. Instead, refunded what I originally paid. Despite sending their "support" emails, which weren't returned. EDIT; after Reply: Even here poor communications. The point is, I never received what I ordered (twice). I paid to exchange the order, but they didn't do it. So quick to respond here, but not to my emails to their support department!

Excellent experience
I received my clogs quickly through British post to the USA. I was able to get wide width and cushioned insole. The best clogs I’ve worn in 30 years! I will buy from World if Clogs again.

The clogs arrived promptly and were high quality but were too slim for my broad feet. The sizing charts should reflect more accurately the width of the shoes. I returned them at a cost of £11 postage and packing etc the World of Clogs refunded me very efficiently but I was left with just and £11 experience of shoes that didn’t fit.
