Don't use!!

I ordered in November 2024, it is now July 2025...I've neither off my pop heads that I ordered. Tried emailing several times but just been ignored. Do not recommend!!

still not recieved my mj figures,tried…

still not recieved my mj figures,tried contacting this company several times over last year and half.pre ordered 2 figures in cases still not recieved .emailed so many times.Written review on here several times,had first automated reply yesterday saying items have been delivered.which seems a standard reply.I STILL HAVE NOT HAD MY FIGURES.It seems pre orders are the scam part of this buisness,numerous other customers saying the same thing.DO NOT USE THEM .I DO NOT KNOW HOW YHEY ARE STILL TRADING!! phone numbers etc are not in use so bad sign already that you cannot contact them. THEY STILL HAVE MINE AND NUMEROUS OTHER CUSTOMERS MONEY.put today's date as experience date as it's still ongoing.

BEWARE SCAMMERS

My post was removed a year ago for just telling you that this company are 100% scammers.
I challenge anyone to call the customer service number or even email them
Number does not exist.
Emails ignored.
2 years down the line prodicts not received.
If you read this can you have the decency to attempt to talk to me on the telephone to explain why we have not received our orders from 2 years ago, why your telephone number does not exist.The positive reviews on this site cannot possibly be factual.You cannot get any dialogue with you.

This company needs to be reviewed for its legitimacy.

As usual No contact from this fraudulent company.
Ask the question again if you do acknowledge it.
What is your Contact number as the one on your website is not yours.
Why dont you respond?
Why do you say you have delivered when you know you have not and cant provide proof of delivery?

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The guy who runs this has a very bad attitude. Just check the reviews on eBay you’ll see how unpopular they are. Don’t pre order from them you’ll get pushed a bunch of lies over and over again. BUY ELSEWHERE ITLL BE CHEAPER ANYWAY.

Do not buy

Do not buy. They take your money and send you something different and then you can’t content them. No reply to emails or messages SCAM….
I would really like to give them a BIG 0 star. But you can’t.

Terrible and unprofessional

Have been buying stuff from Ebay for nearly 30 years and this is the first company that I have ever dealt with that basically takes your money and then when pre-orders don't go their way with suppliers (namely Funko) they cease all communication with you even when you are asking for a refund. They do this knowing that they will not get any comeback from Ebay so that they can just ignore you. There is a reason there is no phone number on their website. If I lived closer to Bristol I would love to give them a visit!

Still havent had my item recieved which…

Still havent had my item recieved which was pre-ordered. I pre-ordered this figure in 2023 and i kept my hopes up but ive had enough now. This is taking the mick with how long ive waited. I would like a full refund as the item was never delivered

It's a scam.

My freind and I both ordered Hobie Brown figures (separately) in June of 2023 and yet they are STILL not here. There was been no emails, or updates. However they did take that figure off their website. Bloody ridiculous, don't waste your money. I hope Worldofkidz enjoy scamming CHILDREN.

I emailed in the beginning of January…

I emailed in the beginning of January and I did receive an email back from an associate called Callum Francis and I replied back with the information requested. However after emailing multiple times and having no reply and even calling the number, rather than have someone from customer service answer, it was an automated message saying it was a telecommunications number. I think this is very unprofessional of them and if I haven’t had a call or email back by Friday, I will be taking this to trading standards and reporting

absolute disgrace ,DO NOT BUY PRE ORDERS!!! I paid for 2 michael jackson official collection figures in APRIL 2023!!!! STILL NOT RECIEVED
numerous emails sent, hubby spoke to boss of company in oct 2024 who said the company had been hacked and to give him 2 months and he would sort my order .ITS NOW BEEN 4 MONTHS and NOTHING !!! Take ya money and run.
THEY STILL TRADING HOW?????

THIS SITE IS A SCAM PEOPLE

THIS SITE IS A SCAM PEOPLE. They took nearly 70 quid from me over a year ago, for some Across the Spiderverse action figures. They said because of supply chains that they would be with me in February 2024. February 2024 came and went and the figures never arrived. I called their number and they said that there had been a delay and that they would be with me in June 2024. I contacted them in March to request a refund via email and got no response. So I decided to wait until June 2024 to get my action figures.
In May I got them to change the shipping address to another, and they responded to my email confirming this. Which proves they had access to it.
June 2024 came and went and the figures still had not arrived. I attempted to call their phone number but it did not work. I attempted to email them about it and got no response.
Thus; this place is a SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY. I studied law at university and will be looking into possible legal action against this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Scam site

It seems the positive reviews are very dodgy on here. How have these people had good experience and managed to contact them when there phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails i pre ordered a Star Wars ship of April 2023 for delivery December 2023. And still waiting. The only email I have gf recently was saying they would refund me but it hasn’t happened. Scam site so not use

Do not preorder. No phone number.

Preordered a fugure last year. Contacted them for updates after release date passed. Asked for a update after date got pushed back and back then they stopped replying. Now their phone number on the site doesn't work and they are not replying. Wanting a refund but cannot contact.

I ordered a few items including my 1st pre-order. Though pre-order was delayed they kept me informed all the way, advising of the situation so great communication. easy to contact too. very well packaged so happy to leave a positive review as id use again.

Similar to others, that took money, communication was good for a few months delays, then no communication I have lost £45, heading to small claims court. Very poor service! DO NOT USE!!

Marvel Legends pre-order from September 2023 partial fulfilment

I pre-ordered three Marvel Legends Across The Spider-Verse figures on September 2023. One for Miles Morales and Spider-Punk on the 21st (Ref: 1619) and Spider-Man 2099 on the 29th (Ref: 1638). I was pleasantly surprised to receive Spider-Man 2099 much earlier than expected. I was looking forward to receiving the other figures by February 2024. When they didn’t arrive, I emailed and received a reply from Gavin (thanks, Gavin!) explaining the delay. I received a further email update on 1st March of a further delay until June/July due to supply issues. I waited until the end of August, with no further updates and no delivery of my figures. I emailed on the 11th September to find out what was happening with my order and received an automatic message promising a response within three working days (which didn’t happen). I sent another email on the 1st October with no response at all. Finally, I sent an email on 13th November, where I made it very clear, that if there was no reply within 7 days, I would go public and at that point it would no longer be an enquiry or request, but a complaint. Well… here I am!

Just to give an idea of my frustration with this situation, I had a similar pre-order issue with another small toy selling company at around the same time. The communication was excellent. When after six months it became clear the order couldn’t be fulfilled (their supplier let them down), they refunded me, in full, within 48 hours. This is a company I would definitely buy from again.

I like to support small British companies whenever I can (not everything has to come from Amazon), but I’ve been bitterly disappointed in this instance, particularly because it all started so well. I had been checking your site over the months and could see you were still selling them as pre order. Today (21st November 2024) I can see that they’re on general sale, so there really is no reason now why I cannot receive the items I paid for 14 months ago.

So here are the options now, as I see it. I either receive the items, with a definitive date of shipping/delivery, or a full refund of £67.98. The refund will go some way to help me source the items elsewhere if the latter option is how this situation is going to end.

No product. No response to messages or phone calls.

I ordered a Power Rangers figure in August 2023 and have still not received it. The arrival date kept getting pushed back. Once, they answered the phone and told me a new date to expect my order. After that, they never answered the phone or messenger (which they recommended I use). I have sent many messages and tried calling plenty of times but haven’t had a reply other than an automatic one for at least a year. I paid £40.84 and don’t expect to get it back. I have dated this experience as today, even though I purchased the toy over a year ago, because my experience of their services is still ongoing.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! SCAMMERS.
UPDATE, I ordered July 2023, two Funko items via ebay! Items never turned up, bunch of excuses. I managed to speak with someone Jan 2024 who told me it was to do with preorder manufacturers date delays etc which is now March! March came and went and nothing. I have not been able to get any response now, ignorant to my emails, no answer on phone or return my messages. And still no refund as of October 2024. I ended up buying the 2 items from a different company who delivered them following day so don't trust these bunch of thieves, take your money, poor customer service, I am a collector and no way to treat customers and potential future customers but I will take my business elsewhere if i was you! it's disgusting! Report to trading standards, which is what I've done!
