I used the company’s search bar for a specific watch strap. Found it. Yay. It didn’t arrive. Eric from the company, told me the package was lost and he would send a new. After prolonged waiting, I received a package... with 1 (one) piece of the watch strap! Not to happy with this, I returned the whole package (I payed the return fee). Yes; I had informed him I would indeed send my one piece back! Then he claimed, they hadn’t received it, but the carrier stated it was delivered June 8th (Eric wrote the above email June 22).
And now it’s the 7th of July. No reimbursement!
