Scammers!!! They do offer free returns in EUROPE but when I wanted to return pair of boots from UK they said it’s not EU! Of course UK is not in EU but it is in EUROPE anyway! According their policy they should have accept free return but for this company European Union and Europe mean the same 🤡 customer service is very unpleasant and rude. They are not helpful at all!!!

Zero stars. I purchased a pair of boots from world of western that took a very long time to arrive. When it did finally arrive I no longer needed them as it was for a specific occasion. When I sent the boots back the company refused to refund me and kept trying to send them back to me so they could keep my money. SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Unlike so many EU companies especially Spain they do
NOT take the VAT ? TAX off the price so you;d have to pay double.
BUT this company will take the TAX / VAT OFF for overseas buyers at the check out.

I bought a pair of boots, and they were not as pictured for the color. The size was labelled correctly, but incredibly oversized.
I sent 3 emails over 2 days trying to get a return label and instructions. Nothing from the company. I called and got only a voice message stating no one available to help. DO NOT BUY from this company!
