Placed order before checking these scammers out. Nothing has been sent and there's no response to emails. DO NOT use these guys.

This company are scammers ordered padel ball pressuriser weeks ago. Emailed got no response, emailed for refund and surprise nothing has appeared in my account.

Have now been waiting over 14 days for a refund. 4 weeks since I placed an order and have had the whole flooding reasons and refund issued. I payed via klarna as I haven't used this company before. Klarna has said today, that this company still hasn't issued a refund!! I will be going down the legal road now.

Made an order over 4 weeks ago, promised quick delivery. 2 weeks ago got the 'story'they had a flood, and promised a refund in 12 days, no sign no contact other than getting spammed by the company.
Funny when you look where they say they are based 'no flooding' ever.
Really gives you a mistrust of any media based adverts, there are great companies out there that do what they say and promise, who use the media outlets to improve their business, then we have Worldpadl being a great example of Scam artists who have all our details but choose to ignore and not carry out there so called promises. Avoid them. All the items they sell are available and cheaper through companies like Amazon and Aliexpress.

Placed an order then received an email following month saying due to a flood they couldn’t supply so would issue a refund within 7 days. Two weeks later..no refund.

The company is based in India, and some of the products are not original.
We received is it a Bullpadel racket which then broke after two games when we discovered that it was a knock off

Ordered insoles 11th June and money taken from my account, 1st July I received a mail stating my order could not be fulfilled and a refund was going to be provided, so far no refund received and no update on progress.

Awful company product never arrived! bern 2 months emailed them 3 times no response!! STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered insoles 2nd June been fed stories about a flood and am waiting for my money back. Would not recommend

Messed me around for ages saying my order was delayed and then that it had arrived when it hadn't. Offered me an"immediate" refund which I took up and I still haven't received it after nearly 2 weeks.

Disappointed… 2 months later and waiting for refund as worldpadl cancelled my order because they have had a floor apparently

Bunch of cowboys. A really poor experience.

Order confirmed on 11th June.

Had an email through on 26th June saying my order should have arrived - it hadn't and still hasn't arrived.

I then received an email today saying my refund is on its way...

This whole email chain doesn't make any sense.

I believe this whole order has been fraudulent.

I am going to speak directly with my credit card company to sort this out, as it's saying it will take 10-15 days for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I don’t know if this is a scam or just the poorest service you can imagine. My experience is exactly the same as what others mentioned (ordered, email update regarding delays, another email saying it should be with me which wasn’t the case).

I have sent 3 emails and none of them have been responded to.

I will be contacting my bank to report this company as fraudulent.

DO NOT USE … Service and communication very poor, can’t update on their product (insoles) as I have never received them!
Ordered a few weeks ago - never received, then got email confirming flood delays their end but my order would still be fulfilled- never happened - emailed several times no response - kept getting emails from them asking if I had received ? - today received email advising they will refund me but it could take up to 13 days to land in my bank ??? all around very poor service and communication

My experience is exactly as for James Enock.

I ordered, paid on 6th June 26, received supposed flood email asking for my patience etc etc

Still no insoles and no responses to my emails / telephone calls.

Don’t buy from them !!!

I ordered 2 x WORLDPADL - Pressurisers on 4th June.

On 9th June I received:
We are sorry it is not in your hands yet.
We have been busier than ever recently, which is something we are genuinely so grateful for.

On 12th June I received:
Last week our warehouse flooded. We have not been able to pack or send orders for over a week.
We hoped to fix it fast. Sadly the damage was worse than we first thought.

On 19th June I received:
A quick one from us.
We wanted to check in.
Your order should be with you by now.
If it is not, please reply to this email immediately and we will chase it down.
OR I could request a refund.

After checking our CCTV and Ring doorbell I could see that no attempt to deliver has been made and so on the 21st June I asked for the tracking code of the product and if they could not produce that and a picture of their flooded warehouse that they would need for their insurance claim they needed to refund the order.

I haven't yet received an email telling me they're sorry they're card machine is down and so they can't refund me...

It's now 30th June and still no response, even though they promise to read every email and respond immediately.

The matter is now in the hands of my credit card company as a matter of dispute.

Ordered over two weeks ago now. Emailed no response. No delivery update. Next day delivery paid for!

Disgusting service.

I bought the inner soles as I was aching after games. They are very cushioned and have noticed an improvement since using them. Would highly recommend!

Paid for my order but never received the item. I emailed to ask about my delivery date got no response for a couple of days then I received an email telling me about the flood at the warehouse and offered me a full refund which I have still not received. I have emailed and phoned on several occasions but got no reply. Looks like I, amongst others have fallen for the con.

Well, I have been suffering from knee pain since I started playing Padel back in December. Having physio treatments and even a scan. I started using the insoles about 4 weeks ago, and I must say, the knee pain is much reduced. Its the only thing I have changed. So would definitely recommend switching to WorldPadl insoles. Still some residual pain, but I put that down to my age, and believe it will pass in good time.
