Account deactivated and no information about it. Also not possible to reach somebody on the phone. Not possible to solve it online. I don't know anymore what to do. World remit lost me as customer.
WR want you to use the App but you need an Apple device. Cant find out how to join unless you have days to wade through pages of useless info.Use to have a chat service/ ill stick with remitly,,pay close to WR,,sad.
Used to use World Remit until I had a bad experience. I put a Review in Trustpilot was 100% honest statement but World Remit made Trustpilot take it down as WR don't like or accept negative comments. They think they are GOD. Since then used MoneyGram who are just as good and don't charge fees so transactions are cheaper. Money generally paid within 30 minutes - sometimes a little longer but always within 24 hours. A great service and better than those arrogant prats at World Remit
Closed my account without warning. 40 minute hold time after which operator said, yes, we closed your account, no, we won't tell you why, no, there is no path to appeal, and is there anything else I can "help" you with today?
